      Store in ziploc bags, if you have you can place some silica gel sachets to keep them nice and crisp for up to 3 days. :)

    This is such a cool recipe, if I may ask chef, is there a way to make it gluten free? I’ve tried using tapioca flour, but I feel it creates way too many bubbles for the mix, so I was wondering if you had any advice for this recipe (with any other flour than rice since one of my family members is allergic to it). Thank you again for sharing such a wonderful work!!

      I tried many types of flour, and the only one that also worked for me, using the same proportions, was corn flour 😃

    Chef, is the mixture fried in a dry pan? How do you get it out of the pan without breaking?

    if i use this as a drink garnishb will it melt and cause the drink to become oily?

    • @finedineathome
      @finedineathome  5 місяців тому +1

      it will quickly absorb and become soft. Oil particles may also be visible after a while. I wouldn't use it in a drink :)
