I tried your recipe and it's great. I made a normal mixture and added a few drops of banana extract and the mixture turned yellow and tasted like banana. In the second mixture, I threw out the sugar, added 1 teaspoon of salt and garlic in granules and a few drops of orange color. You can make the mixture without sugar, which is great. Baked in the oven without a fan at 180 degrees for 5 minutes straight. Thanks again for the recipe from Europe by pirate chef 😎

Chef, is that possible decorating on the desserts and keep in fridge to display to customer ? Maximum keep it for how long in fridge ?
They will get soggy in the fridge very soon
You can garnish only one piece to display for customers. Does not matter if it gets soggy, as it's not to be eaten, only displayed. Garnish your customers pieces to order. This should retain their texture well for a day or two if stored in an airtight container lined with paper or tea towel to absorb moisture.

The recipe is so convenient being 1:1 ratio throughout. Chef, do these hold up well if I put in a freezer then it is taken out? I would like to make tuiles to put on a cake but the cake will be put in the freezer. I'm hoping that if it is taken out (the cake itself will be inside a cake box), that the tuiles don't go limp.
I would not put them in the freezer, they get soggy

Yes you have to take them out faster or cook them a bit less time

That was a misstake, I just changed it. There should be sugar, but you can use less if you want to make it less sweet.
