  • 20 Minute Dumbbell Workout
    Follow along with me as we complete this dumbbell workout together. I have programmed this workout so that you can use any set of dumbbells, light or heavy. You just need to choose the right option for you. Choose easy if you have heavy dumbbells or hard if you have light ones. Each exercise lasts 45 seconds with a 15-second rest period to set up for the next exercise. It's quick and easy with visible timers and sounds to let you know when to start and stop.
    Beginner or advanced will find this challenging and fun.
