  • 10-Minute Slam Ball Workout
    Check out this quick 10-minute Slam Ball Workout that you can use as a finisher to your main workout or repeat 2-3 times for a 20-30 minute workout with just a ball. Each exercise lasts 45 seconds with a 15-second rest period to set up for the next exercise. It's quick and easy with visible timers and sounds to let you know when to start and stop.
    Beginner or advanced will find this challenging and fun.
    Make sure that you use a slam ball rather than a medicine ball. Medicine balls will bounce making exercises that involve slamming quite dangerous as the ball can rebound back at you.
