Right now I am skating a polar deck 8.0. I love the big nose of the deck which is 7inc and it makes tricks like kickiflips so much easier and also I have been skating this board for over a month now and I still have pop. The graphic is amazing! I really love this board and I will buy another one for sure. I highly recommend you trying a polar deck.

I skated 8.1's for years and i suddenly decided to jump to an 8.5 and it messed with me really bad. "This boards a boat" summarizes all my thoughts of that deck perfectly lmao

In skating a Paul Grund Polar deck. 8.5 like usual for me, but this board is kinda heavy. I have to put alot more effort into my kickflips as well. Maybe that will benefit me in the long run.
My last board was a polar deck. Had a super big squared off nose, it popped really nicely but i snapped the nose off in less than 5 days on a flatground impossible

I think a good shoe review would be Cariuma shoes, I've been seeing them on IG with some people skating in them. Apparently they're made in Brasil, and they plant 2 trees when you get a pair. Also, I think these might make for good deck reviews: darkstar (lol), toy machine, mini-logo, or skate warehouse's in-house decks.

The thing that makes the biggest difference is the length and wheelbase. Those polar decks are uaually long. There are Plenty of 8.3 boards with the same specs of an 8.25

Both of the polar full length vids are soooo good. Don't wake me is probably in my top 5 and I had a STACK of all the classic late 90s- mid 00s that my first girlfriend burnt for me. There was like over 30 classics. That's when I first watched really sorry/sorry and baker 3. polar is sick as fuck. I'm down for life with Pontis.

I have one it’s a very sturdy board forsure , good pop and concave , the wheel wells really help wheel bite but I still recommend you wax them , you should try one out
