What a refreshing video, so nice to see a video at Walmart! Great options for people without a Costco! I am always learning tidbits from you, like how the cows are fed in Ireland during the cold months. Keep it up🎉🎉
We always buy the 3 pack of organic ground beef at Walmart! It’s so good in any recipe. Lilly’s is the only chocolate I eat! My kids love the grass fed milk! Whips are my go to when I need crunch!! Thanks!
Yes they do! I love the items you mentioned, I just didn't want to scare viewers away with a really long video. Stay tuned, more good stuff coming! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Unfortunately, 80 percent of all bison in North America are finished on a diet of grains like corn, wheat, barley, and oats-and most consumers don't even realize it. As of right now, accessibility to 100 percent grass-fed bison is extremely limited. I will look for fully finished on grass.
Found your channel within the last month and appreciate your work. I have lost 10 lbs and plan on losing another 80 lbs this year. Please continue the videos and hopefully you can visit a Kroger soon to do a video there as well. Also, what is your opinion on eating organic sorghum vs organic millet. Have a great weekend!
Keep it up!!! I am so happy you found the channel. Great work with the weight loss, I bet it feels great! I personally stay away from most grains and shoot for a low carb high protein diet. But if you're going to eat grains I do like the micronutrients in millet and it's more of a pseudo grain with high fiber and medium level glycemic index. It also has a strong effect on insulin resistance. As for Sorghum it's loaded with B6 and B5 vitamins. Also a many antioxidants and resistant starch that will feed your gut microbiome. Anything in moderation as long as your seeing positive results.
I just had Bison last weekend, it's a great option. Any ruminant animal protein that is grass fed is ideal. The nutrient profile is off the charts. So enjoy them...😉
I always assumed that you ideally want organic grass fed/finished because sometimes the fields are sprayed with pesticides and that affects the grass that the cows eat. So even tho it’s grass fed you still might be getting some of those pesticides too
Pastures are essentially wild, with their own balanced ecosystem and plenty of help from cow manure, so pesticides and artificial fertilizers are really unnecessary. While grass-fed, non-organic beef may be exposed to more chemicals than organic, it's certainly cleaner than conventional beef. I appreciate the insight and promise to do a little deeper research to insure I'm giving correct info. I wouldn't recommend anything I wouldn't give my own family. Thank you very much for the comment and watching! 😉

Walmart also has ground bison right next to the grass fed ground beef. Would that be a good option as well?
Is bison grass or grain fed. Do you make the assumption it is grain fed if it isn't labeled grass fed?
