    I've searched for strong yoga classes on UA-cam for years and this in my top 5 of all time. There's no class quite like this one. Mighty. Challenging. Easeful. Intentional. Packed with opportunities to work on foundational poses. Thank you, Patrick. Namaste, brother. 🙏

      ​@@samanthamachado7507 For sure! Breathe and Flow is the main channel I use besides Patrick's. The advanced strength classes there are quite strong. Occasionally I'll do a Travis Elliot or Glow Method or Rocket yoga class. How about you?

    I have followed many yoga practices on UA-cam over the years and I must say this was one of my all time favourites. Such a strong and powerful class with the slow and mindful flows. I’ve never had a yoga class challenge my inner strength and trust as much as this! Thank you!

    Came back to yoga after a climbing related injury. Been not doing anything powerful for a while now. Stressed and down cos of it. This was in my list from days past. Got around doing it again just to see what can be done. Man..I feel so good. Realised what am missing is exactly this. Nourishing my depleted strength. Thanks Patrick. I needed it.

    Thanks, Patrick! Your classes have really helped me with muscle activation, which in turn has helped me in my profession as a golfer. So easy to come to my mat due to your calm demeanor and inspiring classes👍

    Dude, it was 100+ degrees today and I work in a kitchen. Did this flow in my air conditioned house after work and sweated buckets. What magic do you use to make your yoga flows so powerful lol. Thanks man. Namaste

    omg this flow!! as i get more advanced in my practice, i often find myself doing power flows that move so quickly that i forget about my breath, which kinda defeats the purpose of doing yoga. but this practice helped me align my breath to movement the entire time AND i was soaked by the end of it. thank you!

    This might have been the hardest yoga I’ve ever done in 34 minutes. I cussed so much. This practice got it’s OWN hate mail! No really though, your yoga is insanely strong, thanks for providing content such as this.

    This one is great, @patrick. The last 10 min is a perfect reach into the calm. Out of curiosity, what is the difference between lizard lunge on fingertips and not? Is that to bring engagement into the hands?

    Wow! So powerful ! Thank you ! ... I couldn't follow with the push ups though, but I really want to build some strength. I hope through the practice I will catch up with you.... Any tips please?     "This practice got it's own hate mail" lol! I am soaked, and my arms just couldn't do that last set of pushups and side planks. They refused! How dare they? I have to agree with them, though, that was a LOT of pushups. On the positive side, my back feels much better due to all the other moves :)

    I have never did yoga that was so hard and intense for me I got so angry and passed of at times...Fuck this... and still I have to accept my limitations I gave up at post took a deep breath and co tinued .., is this anger for the practice or something deeper , I am glad I follow true the end .thank you Patrick
