    Hey I make it too.. only change is I use roasted oats in place of coconut. Plus I add til seeds. Turns out really awesome..

    Thank you so much. These ladoos are life saver for me. Lol! Whenever I had cravings for something sweet I used to eat cake or cookies but now I replaced them with this ladoos, me and my husband love them. Great recipe for cravings and eating healthy.

    I made these yesterday and found it yummy. Ideal for diabetics. It tastes better refrigerated. I added a bit more of dates and raisins. Very easy to make good recipe.

    Coconut, dates, and raisins are still sugars in form of fructose "fruit sugar"... healthier of course but they are still sugar. It's moderate in protein but high in carb

    Last month i started my weight loss journey and lost 5kg in a month,but as diwali was near i was very much confused on what to make as i don't want my hardwork to go in vain so found this amazing channel

    I try it with just the dates roasted coconut about 2tb of coconut flour a pinch of salt it was quite nice I don't hv a good processor as so I soak d dates for about 1/2 an hour in hot water then I mash dem with my wood bread roller then add d other ingredients n u r good to go

    I made this ladoo's today but with jaggery as a replacement of dates n lil amount of nuts while grinding all together... Tastes yummm 😋😋 saving me with my sweet cravings while this weight loss task 😁 thanks a lot mam ... Lots of love 🤗♥️

    Thank you for sharing such a healthy recipe that can be used as a dessert or a pre/post workout meal! Turned out great, except that it was sticking when I tried to make the laddoos. The substitution I did was to use packaged shredded coconut.

Just found your channel yesterday, your recipes are so healthy and I love it when you explain the reason behind doing things ,like why we shud roast the coconuts etc.Very informative channel.     This is definitely high in calories , less protein and not satiating and not good idea for weight loss , but good recipe though , but for weight loss people will overdo this beacuse it is not satiating so i would recommend ki people should try other alternatives for weight loss , but sach main good recipe 🙏🙏👍👍

    Nice way to get a quick protein bite. Though there is no added sugar, the sugar from the dates and raisins can add up particularly for people with diabetes.
