In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow knee strengthening workout designed to build up muscle and flexibility in your knees.
Knee issues are very common for most people especially as we age and this is a perfect workout for anyone who has knee pain and/or needs to build up strength in their knees. This is a beginner level exercise and is all seated which makes it easy for anyone to try. The seated position is designed to take any strain of of your knees while exercising keeping you safe and injury free.
This workout also uses an *optional circle/looped resistance band for added resistance however you don't need one to participate. Just following along using your range of motion which will allow you to benefit from this workout as well.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.

Hi Meredith. I thought that I had a LCL injury, but I was diagnosed by my Doctor today as having a left lateral meniscus tear. Would these exercises be good for that. Thanks for all that you do.❤️

Thanks Meredith. You help us so much. I have been doing this video almost every day for the last 3 weeks since I hurt my left knee and leg. I am also doing your Shoulder Dysfunction stretching video since my shoulders and arms are sore as a consequence of using them so much to push up to stand up, and also from having to use my walker more and having to grip the handles on it. My left shoulder and arm are particularly sore since I hurt my knee, because my upper left arm was already weak since I had my stroke in October 2022. I appreciate all that you do. You are the best!❤️
