    IT'S also, called the 4th Stage of Yoga, in the Tibetian Rites, they
    make you feel younger, and with more energy, and you are released more
    for Meditation. I've practiced these rites since 1983 @ a "S,ex &
    Energy Course". Have fun doing them. They also, Balance your Chakra's
    System.

    No music. Yay! All the others I’ve seen on UA-cam have music which I find distracting. Your instructions and visuals make this so easy to follow. Thank you. PS I’ve seen other videos that say when doing the 5th rite breathe in on downward dog and exhale when stretching outwards into upward facing dog.

    Last one incorrect, it is yoga’s breath in this video, but for 5 rite exhale when head up , inhale to downward dog

      I just commented the same thing. I’ve seen it done both ways.

    Marin, I recently bought the 5 Tibetan Rites book; so watching this video on how to correctly perform those rites was very helpful. Do u have your own UA-cam channel or website? Would like to see more yoga videos from u.

      We are glad that you liked this video! Marin does not have her own yoga UA-cam channel as far as we know. We will be posting her yoga videos periodically. The Sun Salutation one is coming soon:)

    What are the benefits of these exercises? Other than them being 'Tibetan' and therefore rather on-trend and mystical. Presumably exercise 2 is for abs, 3 is a spine-opener (you could do the cat-cow in yoga instead), 4 looks like an extension of this which includes lower back, hips, legs and arms. Then we have 5, which resembles a downward dog, sun salutation or vinyasa flow sequence. I do wonder why we might consider these over traditional yoga, or indeed the 8 Brocades (which I prefer).

    thank you for super video. It is short, perfect quality and nice explanation. ❤
    Just what I found, probably at last tibetan should be inhale in position of “roof”. (Buttocks upside). I have studied from other videos.

    When doing the first rite in the southern hemisphere does one have to rotate to the left?

    • @shekhargarhwal9516
      @shekhargarhwal9516 4 роки тому +1

      It has to be done clockwise (right hand side rotation) even if you r on Jupiter. Breathing will b exact opposite for 5th rite as demonstrated in this vid. For 5th rite, breathing is different from Indian Hatha Yoga. However, some people still choose hath yoga breathing while 5th rite, just as this vid

    Hi, I’m Mayte from Spain. I saw this video and I loved It, but when I started to do it I’ve began to have a pain in my arm, over my elbow only when I do the fourth exercise. Can I keep doing it? Excuse my English.

    • @Projectwellnessnow
      @Projectwellnessnow  3 роки тому

      Definitely stop practicing it. You should always contact your health practitioner before introducing any kind of new exercise routine.

    Hello, so during step 2. If you are inhaling during the crunching stage, how does the effect the diaphragm? When inhaling the diaphragm pulls down so in most crunching exercises you would be breathing out to allow the diaphragm space to come back up

    I cannot drop my head back like that without neck strain in the 3rd and 4th exercise. My body just doesn't do that. Is it still effective to keep it straight?

      When you do this exercise. Start of with 2 or 4 repetitions. Do for 1 to 2 weeks and increase the number. Lift legs only half way, and lift body half way. Again build upon after a number of weeks. But breathing is important.

      Inhale is from the start, exhale back to start position, she is the FIRST person I've seen do each Rite CORRECT apart from breathing...not all videos are correct.
