- In this video, Tim demonstrates the Tibetan Rite #3, from the Eye of Revelation. This is a great movement for integrating the body and keeping the joints healthy. It is also good for the vestibular system.
Give it a shot and see what you think for yourself.
Tim, you're a legend -- thanks! This is exactly how I've been practicing it since reading The Eye. Thanks so much for sharing this, as it reinforces my thinking and practice methods. Have a great day!! 😎🤙🏾
Awesome!
Someone said you were the one who was showing how to do this property.
I am getting back to doing these daily.
Thanks for your clear explanation and demonstration.
You bet!
Bravo! Thanks for taking the time to research this and show it correctly. All the other “experts” apparently are just imitating one another.
Hope it helps!
Feels Great - Thanks Tim - I guess I first take it slow as you bend forward, maybe even use the hands. My 66 year old body nearly nutted the floor until I mastered the movement. Looking forward to trying it first thing in the morning
I think it’s great to use the hands. I do that sometimes as well. I hope it goes well in the morning!
Great video. Forward bend is important, it’s similar to a half Jefferson curl in concept anyway and that is becoming popular again in many fitness after falling out of favour
I do this daily after my OS. Can’t wait for video #6 🤣
I can do it. It has to be good for you, right?
Thank you Tim... agree with you I have seen instructions to drop chin to chest ....will practice this way going forward. 😀
Have fun!
Great video !!!! but i would like to pay your attention that in the instructions Peter Kelder also mentioned that in the backbending part we must try to bring our shoulders together as much possible, to maximize the opening of the chest ( heart chakra)
I must not have that version!
Thank you for this reminder!
Thank you. So helpful!
Awesome!
Such a good morning for me working out with Tim - Original Strength !
Dang I’m still having RT Glute cramping /pain. (Not while doing these) bit over all daily with walking and sitting.
I’ve tried so many modalities to heal this since 2020.
Sigh 😔
Regardless , I love these exercises that I am adding to my practice. It’s sometimes a wobbly practice for me but still a practice worth pursuing 🙏
The gluten cramping could be a diaphragm/pelvic floor issue. Possibly. Keep breathing!
@@OriginalStrengthSystem you are probably correct . I’m seeing a doctor currently for pelvic floor problems.
Ahh yes , I’ll keep practicing a variety breathing exercises.
Thank you ☺️ 🙏
Nice, thought you were going to touch your head to the floor on the way back. Also what happened to #2
Nothing has happened to it yet. I have done them in this order: five, one, three. Next will be four, and two.
@@OriginalStrengthSystem so wait i missed the video for 5?

It seems like this movement and #4 could be part of working up to a full body bridge?
They could help a lot. I really like this method though: ua-cam.com/video/sQ7zEtGaJeM/v-deo.html
What are your thoughts on performing the move with toes curled under, both directions?
I think it’s great! Exploring small differences within movements can lead to HUGE discoveries.
Do i need to wear a superman shirt when i do tibetan right #3? does it help?
Not only does it help, it is essential. It symbolizes rising up with power.
I agree the forward fold version is more useful, but way harder! 😁
Just don’t want to head butt the floor!
Where is # 2 ?
Haven’t made that one yet
What about breath?
Are you asking how to breathe while doing this Rite? If so, you can breathe in while making the table and breathe out while coming back to sitting. The most important thing is to keep breath continuous and do not hold the breath.
I can't find Tibetan Rite #2
Hi. I haven’t made a video for Rite #4 and #2 yet. I tend to do things randomly and out of order…!
@@OriginalStrengthSystem thank you for your video. I love your video Tibetan Rite #1,#3.
