The more stupid people, the more number of cases and more delays; and then the more delays, the more stupid people come to take advantage of it.

If police was doing its job properly, the fake harrasment case would be so weak, there'd be no need to file so many cases.
The absolute reason is law we have showing partiality
So they made the guy run for months, go to lawyer and pay them their fees and money all for taking a false case back...i see that as a win win from opposition party
I hate that to protect vulnerable people or even animals we make very extreme legislations instead of improving policing system

The problem here is with the investigative officer. He should be fired from his job. Even for filing an FIR there should be preliminary investigation. And in this case the investigation officer was refusing to take into consideration the previous FIR. It is his fault

You can't have laws that violate fundamental principles of criminal jurisprudence and state that men are guilty until proven innocent on the mere allegations of a woman just because the woman has a vagina! And the police are compelled to file FIR within 24 hours or else they would be imprisoned and fined. Stop misleading society, you feminist. Hi, let me explain the reason( NOTE: its going to be a bit long answer and igonote all those comments which says those PRO WOMEN LAW ETC.these guys are not lawyers who are aware of legal remedies) Listen, the reason behind this is very simple. If they didn't want to negotiate the cases can be dragged on for several YEARS. and yes if it found that the the case was completely false after trial you can procceds against her. BUT. Again for that you will spend spend lot's of money, time. That's why it's better to negotiate rather than showing ACTIVISM BY FIGHTING FOR YEARS (APPLICABLE FOR MAJORITY OF INDIAN CITIZEN ).

With almost absolute immunity from false allegations in such cases in the name of benefit of doubt instead of creating fear of law like in sarabjeet case, The classical jurisprudence of defending simplicitor is no more the right approach, instead, raise all the arms and use all remedies under law, though, all these cost silver but still less then the price of liberty.
The present system of only on prosecution evidence, charge framed, there will never be actually honourable acquittal and always on benefit of doubt, thus the presence of blemish and -bach gaya phrase.
I just want to ask you one thing....I just want to confess one thing today...just please tell me whether the thing is sexual harrasment or not...well this thing happened quite a long back ago...I had been having sex with my cousin for a long time...maybe we started that 5 to 6 years ago...So the incident happened after I had 7 to 8 times sex with her...one afternoon I had a high sex drive and she did not...so I asked her for having sex but she denied...then I told her I can seduce you and I tried to do that by continuously asking her permission that please let me but she said no...maybe two or three times I touched her breast and she got angry and threw my hand away then I just left her ....after that we had maybe 3 times sex ...and again one evening I just tried the same way to seduce her I asked her for sex and told I am going to seduce you but she said no and I lifted her t shirt and touched her breast and then she hurt me with a pen then I left there...After that incident we had sex for 5 to 6 times...recently I recalled her all the incidents and said sorry to hear for all the things...She forgived me and I told to stop having this sexual relationship between us and have a healthy Sister brother relationship...I just want to know did I sexually abused her or raped her at that time...Actually this thought is a headache in my head...and I started feeling myself as a criminal and rapist
But why ?Is this justice?What about the person's pain who faced false allegations?Find out some thing after which people fear of misusing law ,prove justice is supreme, Amish.

How and where does one submit the application for monitoring the investigation ? The investigating policeman is cahoots with the other party and has already collected hefty bribe so they absolutely refuse to listen to our side.

Ladki rape case kare me believe karu. But jo ladki apni family, bande ki family ko side me rakh k ( sometime ladki ghar se dur rehti hai so bindass hoti hai) 354 ka case karti hai, police me detail me investigate karna chahiye. They get scared because ladki station aayi hai. They register fir immediately. But section 354 and aise similar laws are like diwali for police. They can earn anything they want when such case has been filed. You dont have anticipatory bail then be ready to lose almost 2 lakhs just not to let police touch u in remand. If a guy is educated and earns awesome, forget career, forget IT anything you do. Just do suicide while writing a letter to Supreme court and babasaheb ambedkar that we males are the new nirbhaya. Thats all.
