It took 4 and half years for the courts to find him innocent! His life was destroyed in those years. This is the reason why there are so may many cases piled up in the courts. Is it because of lack of judges or just the way the system works? You can ask for continuance and the court date goes on extending.
Lack of judges is an excuse and even if some god send government fills those seats we will still have a lot less judges for a amount of people, if you read through some studies it says that most judges in lower court are ineligible to become high court judges. Basically it's the corrupt system .
Btw millions of wrong things are happening in country and they can't even file a case because they know their life will be miserable after this , hard to think "this is how system works".
