초콜릿 칩을 넣고 돌돌말아 작고 귀여운 모양의 초코 식빵을 만들었어요~
직사각 모양의 긴 파운드 틀에 작게 분할해 붙여 구워 봤는데 하나씩 뜯어 먹기에도 좋고 앙증맞아 귀엽더라구요~
안쪽에 넣은 초콜릿 칩은 취향에 따라 가감하셔도 좋은데 너무 많이 넣으면 초콜릿이 녹아 잘랐을 때 빵 사이에 간격이 넓게 생긴답니다~
손반죽해 만들어도 좋은데 저는 손목이 좋지 않아 제빵기의 반죽 기능을 사용했어요~
초콜릿을 많이 넣지 않아 먹기에 적당히 달고 식빵의 결이 살아있어 쫀득하고 찰진 느낌이 나더라구요~
차가워 지면 초콜릿이 굳을 수 있어 이 식빵은 따뜻할 때 먹거나 데워 먹어야 좋은 것 같아요~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 26 x 8 x 6.5cm
▶재료
강력분 200g
드라이 이스트 4g
소금 4g
설탕 15g
코코아파우더 15g
따뜻한 우유 170g
무염버터 15g
초콜릿 칩 60g
▶레시피
1. 강력분에 3개의 홈을 만들고 각각의 홈에 드라이 이스트, 소금, 설탕을 넣고 밀가루와 섞은 뒤 전체적으로 섞고 코코아파우더를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 제빵기에 가루를 넣고 따뜻한 우유를 넣은 뒤 반죽 기능으로 약 10분 정도 한덩이로 섞일 때까지 반죽한다.
3. 말랑한 무염버터를 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 15분 정도 반죽하고 오일을 바른 볼에 반죽을 둥글게 모양을 잡아 넣고 랩을 덮어 실온에서 (27~28도) 1시간 정도 발효한다.
4. 반죽의 가스를 빼고 5개로 나눈 뒤 둥글게 모양을 잡고 랩을 덮어 실온에서 15분 정도 발효한다.
5. 반죽의 가스를 뺴고 길게 밀어 편 뒤 초콜릿 칩을 넣고 돌돌말아 모양을 잡고 틀에 넣은 뒤 랩을 덮어 실온에서 2배로 부풀 때까지 발효한다.
6. 180도 예열한 오븐에 15분 정도 굽고 틀에서 바로 꺼내 녹인 무염버터를 바른다.

4g Dry yeast
4g Salt
15g Sugar
15g Cocoa powder
170g Warm milk
15g Unsalted butter
60g Chocolate chip

궁금한게 가끔 베이킹유투브보면 밀가루반죽 소분할때 구멍세개 만들어서 이스트,소금,설탕 따로넣고 분리해준다음에 다시 섞는데 왜그렇게 하는건가욤?!
이스트가 소금이랑 설탕에 직접적으로 닿으면 이스트가 죽거나 발효에 지장이 생겨 각각 따로 넣고 밀가루로 먼저 코팅을 해주고 전체적으로 섞는게 좋답니다~^^

Just tried this recipe this Sunday morning. The dough turned out wetter probably because I made it by hand not by machine. Just needed to use oil to roll it.
The bread is verry fluffy and delicious and smells like cocoa. The dough is not sweet. All the sweetness and richness comes from chocolate inside. Very good with a cold glass of milk.
11/10 would make again :) :)p
I made it by hand and it came out perfectly fine. Maybe the flour or cocoa powder (main dry ingredients) you were using don't absorb the same amount of liquids that the ones shown in the video. It happened to me so I had to change some ratios for it to come out ok. Just try adding or reducing some amounts of certain ingredients. In my case, I added like 4 extra tablespoons of flour. I didn't try with the cocoa because I thought it would end up tasting a little too bitter.
Sorry if I made any mistake or used any weird word, English is my second language but I can still make some mistakes
Thank god it wasn't just me, I was kneading it by hands as well and the dough was almost as wet as a doughnut dough!!!!! I put hella more of flour to adjust it to be actually able to roll it, and yes it tastes good still.
I added double the amount of flour bc- I’m a dumb dumb. HALF WAY THROUGH MAKING IT B T DUBS so wish me luck 💘

Same to me lol. I thought the filling of dorayaki (Japanese pancake) was chocolate ganache, but it’s actually red bean paste. It was kinda disappointing but right after that, I make my own ganache and it goes pretty well with the pancakes :)
That's the single best thing about aging - I can buy or bake everything my childhood self would have died for, anytime I want. 😄

Chocolate bread? Never heard of that in my life nor thought that was a real thing cause it's only wheat, white, or seed bread I hear or seen. Very interesting, if strawberry bread is next, I would want that recipe ASAP-
The French have "Pain au Chocolat" which means Chocolate Bread. French pastries are amazing. Chocolate croissants exist too

In Ireland I can buy these bread rolls with chocolate running through them. the shop calls them Pain au Chocolat on the packaging. The chocolate croissants i buy are from a different business and packaged by the shop in a clear bag
@@Greennoob2 But here in France Pain au chocolat doesn't mean that the dough is chocolate flavoured. It's a croissant dough with 2 chocolate sticks inside and doesn't have a croissant shape

Immediately after I saw this recipe I wanted to try it, although I am vegan and needed to change the ingredients.
I used the chocolate milk by oatly and vegan butter by an local producer. Vegan Chocolate chips are easy to find.
I also but some vanilla in my dough and it turned out almost perfect.
At the end my dough didn't grow as much as in the video and also not in the oven. But it was still fluffy, soft and delicious.
Because of the sweet milk my dough tasted a little sweet, just enough for me.
Gonna do these again!
I wanted to try a vegan version of this with plant based butter and oat milk. Glad to know it's good!
I just made this rich and chocolately bread today, and let me tell you; it tastes and smelsl amazing! The bread itself is so soft and has a subtle sweetness! I also use white chocolate chips instead and the contrast of the bread and filling looked so satifiying! Definitely will make again! 110/100 Goes vert well with a cold, creamy drink! :)

I love making bread but never tried a chocolate one. This looks really lit.
Instead of chocochips inside the bread u can make a plain chocolate bread and add peanut butter or nutella , hazelnut spread on the slice some whipped cream ... A chocolate bread sandwiche :)

The bread was soft and chewy! I was worried that the bread will be tasteless because of no egg and less sugar but the chocolate chip complimented the bread itself. It balance the sweetness.
Did you use the bread maker or knead the dough by hands? If you do it by hand could you please give me some advices about kneading the dough? I want to make this bread so bad but I’m really confused about kneading part.
@@nguyendang6178 I used hand mixer. 3 minutes kneading and then another 6 minutes after I added the butter. I also do the window pane test to check if my dough is ready for proofing. I actually just made the bread last night as requested by my husband. It's his favorite. Goodluck making it!

Luna Sun I just made it today. The inside was just a bit gummy but the flavor is awesome. I also DIY the cake pan so it isn’t look very appetizing, honestly it looked more like eclair :) But I’m happy with the result because this was the first time I make bread. 저는 식빵만들때 손반죽으로하는데요..
항상 할때마다 느끼는거지만 빵이란게 손이 참~ 많이가요ㅠㅜ 그래도 맛은있으니 해먹는거죠ㅠㅠ
확실히 만들어먹는게 뿌듯하기도 하고 소금이나 설탕같은것들도 내맘대로 해먹을수 있어서 좋은것같아욤!
동네 제빵소가 문을 닫아서 초코식빵을 먹고 싶어도 먹을 수가 없는데 이거 보고 진지하게 오븐을 살까 고민하게 되네요.....
I made this; it was so easy but I made it with chocolate and without chocolate and I will use sweeter chocolate next time. My daughter loved both versions, though I think the chocolate inside tastes better. The best part is, this is so easy to make! I made two batches in a few hours.

I'm always fascinated by the kneading machine.
It’s just a bread making machine. You add the ingredients, start the program, it kneads, then heats up a little to help the dough rise, then after a while, it starts cooking the bread. But most people dislike the resulting bread, as it tends to cook unevenly and very dense inside. So people with a bread machine end up using it only for the kneading part, then they bake it separately in the oven. I have one, and that’s exactly what I do now, it ends up fluffier and tastier when baked in the oven.

Beautiful video. I'm pretty sure it'd be fine to let the yeast / salt / sugar touch before mixing into the flour; the dry yeast would remain unaffected.
오늘 해먹어 봤는데요 미니오븐에 해서 영상 처럼은 안됐지만 나름 성공했어요!! 식빵이 이렇게 힘들게 나오는 줄 몰랐다 ㅠ ㅠ 발효가 안될까봐 그동안 식빵을 시도 안했는데 발효도 무사히 잘되었고 제빵기를 아직 못사서 손반죽 했는데 그 영상처럼 매끈하게 되질 않아서 음..매끈하지 않아도 잘 되긴 했지만... ㅎㅎ

I just finished making this, and om currently eating it. This tastes so so good! It's only slightly sweet and has a really nice deep chocolate flavor. The texture is really light and fluffy. I had a lot of fun while making it because he dough was soft and fun to knead. I would 100% suggest trying this recipe!
