@@freepilot7732 not sure about the E1000. Also I’ve heard the E1000 has a tad less useful load bc of the increased weight (all the additional stuff they had to put on for certification)
@@foryst thank you for that. I wish I can see a picture of that. I'll keep searching. PS I'm near Bend Oregon. It might be suitable for me though I'm really closing in on buying the brand new TBM 940.
@@ToeTag1968 apparently the model has become certified and they had a few that was supposedly kit builds but I really doubt they were anything other than factory builds. But apparently they made it and it's certified now. no experimental signs in this one so it is probably just a certified bought one. side note, the yokes look strangely old. Like 1970s. strange choice for brand new plane. could well be a certification thing.
@@DanFrederiksen This is definitely one of the LTs. Yes, they were mostly factory built. The Epic E1000 (and now E1000 GX) are the fully certified versions. Much newer interiors with an emphasis on showing off the carbon composite build.
Soon we are going to see a video of an empty 747 with one person inside, sending this world the same message- how beutifull is winter flying.... (Probably perfect flight inside USA- country which blew up Nord Stream )
Awesome video! Love seeing this content out of my area!
What up Foryst and I’m glad to be aboard for the first flight with you anytime in the Epic
Sweet vid Foryst! Thanks for sharing!
Good stuff!!
Thanks man!! More to come and hopefully I'll be flying a Kodiak as well soon :)
Spanish Forks hmm, is this the LT used in the best tugs vids. I watch way too many aviation videos.
I know that this one is in one of them, however the Pateys have owned two different epics in the past
Just a techy question. Can the rear facing seats be tuned around. I mean if you just 2 passengers it would be nice if they were facing forwards.
I wish they could but they’re fixed! Usually when I have just a few pax’s they love to sit either way in the back or up front with me
@@foryst thats a pity
Love the Epic. Flew N396MY
I'm torn between this Epic and the TBM 940. any thoughts?
I can take off with fuel fuel, 7 passengers, light baggage, AND still be under max gross… it’s pretty amazing :)
@@foryst I thought I did enough research. 7 passengers? 1+6? I thought it was a 1+5 aircraft.
@@freepilot7732 so the LT comes with a small jump seat that fits between the rear facing and co pilots seat! You can fit a small teenager in it!

Let me know how the Aircraft flies so I’ll know
What's the story here, is this yours? is it an experimental kit build? did you build it?
Hope he replies to you directly some day. But the Epic LT is the kit version of the plane. That much I can answer.

I already got your IFR clearance
Hey Forest!
The bad comments are just guys that have no girlfriends let alone wives & have to hand-crank their prop!
my god the landing gear structure looks verry fragile for a few million dollar toy 😳
