A Consultant's Blueprint to Create a Successful, Profitable Business

The Consultant's Blueprint is a flexible framework designed to help consultants, no matter how long or short they have been working as a consultant. Use the framework as a guide whether you are in startup mode, working on expanding and scaling your business, or closing your consulting business. The framework works for solo-consultants or independent consultants, and a consultant working in a small consulting business.
The Consultant's Blueprint focuses on the fundamental basics of consulting and provides a strategic big picture of consulting as well as addresses the tactical operational aspects of consulting.
The Consultant's Blueprint consists of seven intertwining concepts that can be grouped into four categories.
• Business Core or the Why, What or Focus, your Who or Ideal Client and How or your Point of View, Methodology, and Service(s).
• Awareness Building or do you market you. It is how a consultant explains what they do and how they build trusted relationships so that a person becomes a client.
• Engagement is understanding what the client wants to achieve and then providing a proposal with a price.
• Delivery is not only delivering on the contract but exceeding expectations.
