set up ur phone camera and just talk for 30 minutes without distraction. whatever yr brain comes up with thats probably what u actually wanna talk about. u just need ur brain’s raw thoughts to come out. its probably gonna be stutter filled and awkward but u can cut those parts out. do that twice a week for 3 months and post whatever you’ve talked about regardless of what it is and use editing to make it as quality as possible. you’ll find yourself slowly latching onto ideas which u can develop on. but rn u have nothing to develop on so start first. u gotta upload a couple bad videos before u can make a good one
Happiness is for people who have nothing to do. Imagine you're a bee in summertime. You can a) be happy and just enjoy the day, or b) work, collect honey, stock up for the winter. If you choose to be happy instead of performing, boom now winter is here and thousands of your sisters starve to death. Why are you sitting around trying to be happy, when you could be collecting honey? You want to avoid major unhappiness sources: too much stress + inability to rest, people around you who impact you negatively, etc. But, as a baseline, happiness is just your brain telling you "good job" after you've done the work. Seek happiness? Seek the praise of your brain? Work.
