Hello my bone building friend... you're so sweet... not the refined sugar sweet though! I also was wondering if fruit suger is also a bit of no no. I'm sure it's different but I have changed my diet to include a lot of fruit. Everyday for breakfast I have half a bran muffin, a small blueberry muffin, half a banana, about 20 blueberries... sometimes I add raspberries and or kiwi too. I know you remember me.. oxalate Kelly 😊. I'm 64 years old, I work at Walmart so I'm active on my feet all day, just so you know I my activity level. I just love your videos, in fact I watch and follow one of exercise videos everyday. Thanks so much. 🤗
Kelly, it is good to hear from you❤ Fruit has many nutrients and it is not refined. Keep eating fruit! Berries are a bit like the get out of jail free card where sugar is concerned. Berries have enough virtues that they are totally worth eating. Which exercises video are you doing regularly? Is it time for me to make another one?
Blackstrap molasses? They sell that at my local health food store, if it's good for bones I'm going to add it to my diet 😄 what about the best bone foods to eat everyday?
@sarahmapes_bonebuildersystem Awesome!! Yeah that would be a good idea! I have my staple foods that I eat every day but I don't know if they're bone healthy for everyday eating LOL
Sugar certainly can feed yeast infections if the balance is off with good bacteria in your gut. If you are struggling with yeast infections I recommend working on improving your gut health through eating regular prebiotic and probiotic foods and potentially adding a regular probiotic supplement to your diet. What I am suggesting is a really small amount of nutrient dense sugar which should not cause problems with yeast infections. I think that so often we are told to avoid sugar completely and avoiding refined sugar completely is great, but our bodies actually need a little bit of it in healthy forms. Moderation is the key principle here. I hope that helps ❤
@@wychoo4889 I wouldn't do blackstrap molasses right now then. I would try adding a probiotic and possibly some digestive enzymes to get your gut in better shape and create a god balance of healthy gut bacteria. ❤
No, natural sugar from fruit is alright. Moderation is still a good idea here. Some fruits like mangos have a much higher concentration of sugar in them. This is important to pay attention to if you have blood sugar issues such as diabetes or prediabetes. There are so many health benefits for berries that they are generally considered a get out of jail free card. In an ideal world eating a combination of fruits and vegetables is a really good idea. Fruits have nutrients that benefit our bodies. It is also different to eat whole fruits than to drink fruit juices. I hope that helps ❤
All carbonated sodas for sure! It is shocking that cola has such a unique effect, but you are right that the sugar in sodas is problematic across the board❤

Is the sugar in fruit, just as damaging?

Please define what "too much alcohol" is, more than one glass per day?
I am sorry that was not clear in the video. Too much alcohol is more than two drinks. I hope that helps❤
Carbonated drinks also should be avoided
