    wrist is currently in a cast, and I thought that this was an awesome workout. + the warmup and cool down made it that much better. thank you!

      Thank you for your comment, well done for getting back into exercise. It certainly makes you feel much better when you've done a workout and knowing that you can still workout well with an injured hand. Hope your feeling better now. What did you do to your wrist? :-)

    Great core workout. Definitely felt the burn, but you know what they say "summer bodies are made in the winter"

      Thank you Alex 21, I do exercise everyday but vary what I'm doing, sometimes core, legs, chest, yoga, cycle, run or walk. Its great to mix it up. How's the soccer going? Have a great weekend too.

      @@JoannaM245 Hi Joanna how are you? Soccer is going really good.I have turned back to playing soccer. I am trying not to have an injury again because it is painful and you cant play but in sports it is very easy to get injured.Do you do a sport or do you like watching sports?       @@Alex-lj5vy yes I can imagine the injury rate is quite high playing soccer. I enjoy mountain biking, dancing and badminton. I compete in running and cycling events and have a duathlon coming up. However, I haven't been able to cycle with the injury so it will be interesting trying to hold onto the handle bars! Enjoy your day.

    How fast after injury did you start doing this? I have distal radius fracture. Im 4 weeks after surgery now

      Oh no Pat this one is not a senior workout, I would just stick to the ones which have Senior in the title. Well done for giving it a go 😊
