Thank you Alex 21, I do exercise everyday but vary what I'm doing, sometimes core, legs, chest, yoga, cycle, run or walk. Its great to mix it up. How's the soccer going? Have a great weekend too.

I am trying not to have an injury again because it is painful and you cant play but in sports it is very easy to get injured.Do you do a sport or do you like watching sports? Best wishes and take care.
@@Alex-lj5vy yes I can imagine the injury rate is quite high playing soccer. I enjoy mountain biking, dancing and badminton. I compete in running and cycling events and have a duathlon coming up. However, I haven't been able to cycle with the injury so it will be interesting trying to hold onto the handle bars! Enjoy your day.

Oh no Pat this one is not a senior workout, I would just stick to the ones which have Senior in the title. Well done for giving it a go 😊
