Hi Meredith, Just finished this amazing cardio and core, couldn’t join yesterday. The cardio component was nice and intense while being low impact. Loved this workout! A question for you, is it ok to place a small squishy ball behind me during the seated core? I don’t lean on it but it offers a gentle support. Will appreciate your thoughts. Not enough words of thanks, but THANK YOU so very much. I am 73 with many joint and back issues, never been much into exercising except dancing, since I started 6 months ago doing your videos, not only do I love your workouts, but I am not hurting my body and causing more joint pain, plus I lost 35 lbs in the process. This is the most weight I have lost and watching my body change in the last 8 years. I had gastric pi-pass in 2013 lost weight but slowly started to gain it back due to my Thyroid issue (Hashimoto disease ) which is like being on a roller coaster with my weight, since you workouts, I watch my weight continue to go down.. BTW, Living in Tucson AZ with our heat, it's nice to wear less clothing :P Thank you!Thank You ! Thank You ! Happy New year and God Bless
