Hi guys, first of all love the product. I’m having with my Shark EZ Emptying Base, I’ve cleaned all three filters including the vacuum’s dust bin, it still has a low suction when clearing the dust bin and says error code 26. Maybe the motor’s damaged?

For this unit, you can totally use the boundary strips to keep the robot from going into places it has been before. Remember that every time that the robot goes back to the dock, it saves the map progress. 1/2
It will show up a thumbs up thumbs down the screen so you need to press the thumbs up button at least 5 times for the map to be fully completed. Additionally, we would like you to know that we are always working to improve our units and we truly appreciate your feedback. Great question! After you plug the base in, ensure the power switch on the back is in the "ON" position. Then you should see a green indicator light on the front of the base.

Mine doesn’t empty anymore and I’ve only had it for 4 days. It just revs like it’s trying to empty and then hits me with “error 26” even though all filters are cleaned. Frustrating.

Do I need to bring the self empty base to upstair if I switch levels?
The self empty base needs to be on the same level of the robot for it to work properly.

I press clean and mine stopped working I can’t seem to find a solution blue lights and everything’s clean

Error 26 means insufficient airflow and you should clean or replace the bin filter, then try to run it

Oh geez you can just clean them with water?! I was literally about to buy replacements because they got dirty too quickly
Yes! Just run the filter under water, and air dry for 24 hours!
Just vacuum yourself people. You will be fixing this “robot” every 2 minutes and it won’t pick up much of anything.
