May I ask which smart AI robot model has 2 front brushes and which one has 1 brushes?

Thanks for consulting us with this inquiry! In this case, units such as the RV2610 and RV2502AE would include one side brush, and units from the RV200XX series would include two side brushes, since these are older series.

can the filter in the dust bin be cleaned more than just tapping or brushing? Can that filter be replaced like the filter on my previous Shark?

I have the exact model in this video, but have been unable to purchase a replacement side brush (exactly like the one in the video). I have spent hours on the website. And I have made several calls to Shark customer service, and spent hours with them, including two video calls where I showed them close ups of the bottom of my robot and the brush. Twice they have sent me the wrong brush with a single sweep. If someone at Shark could identify the correct part number for the side brush in this video, I would be grateful.
