    Watching you painting is absolutely mesmerizing! I love the fluidity of your brush strokes and how the colours mix and blend on the paper creating wonderful effects and giving ‘life’ to your landscapes.     Hi Paul, Oh how I love watercolor Wednesdays ! I’m up at the crack of dawn ready to rock and roll ! I’ve been having shoulder/neck issue and it’s forced me to slow it down and sit out on the last few tutos , it’s been very frustrating and depressing when you can’t do what you love ! I’ve nursed it these past few weeks and hopefully I can paint this today ! It’s such a beautiful painting ,as always ! Thank you for all you do , you’ve brought me a long ways this year !!! Blessings to Margot as well !

      Gretchen I hear you! I’ve got those same issues and am too often forced to back up and rest, 😠. I agree with you wholeheartedly, but at this stage of life the body gets what the body wants, or I suffer the consequences 😂. Happy painting. Blessings to you!

    Love your Wednesdays and most all of your subjects. Thanks for the lesson in colors mixing, invaluable. Is it me, I can’t quite picture the lavender wall and find it off putting 😮 but not a deal breaker for me loving the Sussex cottage. And your falling leaves, not too much, never, love ❤

    I'm going into Yellowstone National Park today with my hubby. The fall colors are putting on a beautiful show. I hope to capture some of the amazing wildlife and scenery and come back and 🎨 paint. ❤love this one Paul.

    Very grateful that you tried HWC, and you still showed us splendid work. I tried some W&N watercolours but not quite experienced with them yet. And also ship cost is slightly expensive for our country.

    Gosh Paul it looks sooo real.. It took me in a Jane Austen realm. Felt I could just saunter in the meadows. And into the house. Your trees are ever so brilliant. Love the fairy vein like branches. Wow. What an effect that gave. Everything is so marvelously perfect. 👌👌👌...and thank-you so very much for the short color mixing tutorial.     Like the primary color use and demo. Also that many artists mix their own brown colors. Very vibrant colors.

    I have the same palette when it gets stained I use an ordinary school eraser to clean it up but thats just fussy me. Teaching so well and remain entertaining is a rare gìft😊

    When you put in your details, the painting takes on new characteristics. I like watching you put in the details. I think this is one of your best because of the entirety of the lesson. I have been trying to use a limited palette lately, and I do like the results. Thank you for this tutorial.
