Yeah the stock hydroboost setup on my 03 GT works pretty well. The brake pedal always feel good even braking hard a lot.

Here's a thought. Unbolt the brace 1st, then install the hydroboost the reinstall the brace, you should be 👍 good. It looks like there's room to me from here. Just try it....

I am doing Hydroboost conversion…. Bought a 99-2004 hydro for my foxbody… seeing yours there is a rectangular box with fittings attached to your hydro…. Mine didn’t come with this! Any explanation or advice?

I have manual steering so i wont be able to use that 😭. How does the pedal feel now compared to the vacuum booster? Im probally screwed from using it anyway because my headers run right under my mastercylinder and out through my inner fender. I hope you get your 10k subs that would be awsome your killing it. I used the mm kit in my 79 pace car, but I used a 96 to 98 hydroboost. I couldn't use the aluminum spacer that comes with the kit, I did a 4.6 swap so I used all the sn95 power steering lines as well as an sn95 steering rack.
I also have an 84 svo steering column and pedal box so I could use the later cable setup for the tr3650 trans.
