    Love this video! I find a lot of prenatal workouts are really fluffy and slow. I like that this one has some challenge to it and keeps your heart rate up. SarahBeth would love to see more short prenatal videos like this!

    This video is the best prenatal yoga video I found on the net. It is really good. It makes you strong and you really have a feeling of improving your strength. I would recommend it.

    Awesome prenatal practice. Most of the prenatal ones I've done really just kind of stretch and I don't feel like I actually get any heat to going or any kind of workout. This was definitely awesome and energizing. I feel like I actually accomplished to workout versus just some stretching.

      I completely agree! I was getting ready to switch away from prenatal yoga because I keep finding it too soft and wanting something that makes me sweat a little bit more. Love this routine!

    I’ve been doing yoga with your videos for a little over a month now - I’m almost 30 weeks along. I love that however I’m feeling or whatever I need on a given day, you have a routine for it. No excuse to not come on my mat! I can even do several sessions throughout the day. I’m not an athletic person and have always struggled with committing to a physical activity (especially by myself!) So i wasn’t so optimistic a UA-cam channel would discipline me 😂 Somehow you managed to have me do yoga every single day : THANK YOU. ♥️

    I’m 8 weeks and my friends keep telling me that I MUST workout throughout the pregnancy to stay healthy and also so that it will be easier to lose the baby weight. Anyways this was a great workout but not too much stress on the body. I’m going to continue doing this throughout the pregnancy thank you! Also you have the cutest baby belly! Thanks again!

    Loved the music and the smooth voice over! I am 8 months pregnant and the modified side planks were great. When I felt like I was losing form, I just dropped out of it and popped back up. 20 minutes felt like the perfect length for this kind of practice. Thank you so much for this, Sarah!

    Just completed this yoga practice/workout for the second time. It feels soo good. It is challenging for me, being 35 weeks pregnant, so it did feel like an actual workout, while still being gentle on my body. Thanks for this video!

    I feel like this went much too fast, at least for me being near the end of my pregnancy and unable to move as quickly through the routine as I felt I needed to to keep up

      I felt that too. I lost myself around the warrior and goddess squats, got frustrated, then laughed and just did what I could at my own pace. I suspect that if I do it a few more times I could keep up. This is my fourth variation of a yoga practice and the others were too fast in the beginning too.

      I played it at .75 speed and felt much better. I really like the flow and work out but agreed, at 34 weeks I can’t move that fast either.

    Love it. Sometimes I feel though (not only for this video but other ones from the prenatal routine series) that it goes too fast. Even if I can move quickly I want to make sure I am doing it correctly, being mindful of the movement I'm doing and enjoying it, but as I need to keep moving fast to keep up with the video I sometimes have to pause the video to properly do the movement and the resume it.

    thank you so much for your prenatal videos! I'm due next week & have been doing all these routines the entire time. it's crazy how it really gets more difficult during the last weeks. I've changed my focus from a strengthening to more relaxing lol

    God bless you Sarah Beth! I love all your videos but this video specifically is what I believe kept me fit during my first pregnancy. Now that I’m pregnant with baby number two and I’m gaining a bit more energy I can tell this video will be my go to workout 😊 it’s challenging without being too much, and it helps me feel more confident in these fragile months of pregnancy ♥️

      Hi.😊 How far along were you when you first did this? I really enjoyed working up abit of a sweat again after 9weeks of very sedentary living. But I feel kind of bad. Like I'm putting my babies at risk. I'm pregnant with twins. Just looking for some reasureances that this is safe to do. I really did enjoy it 😊

    14 weeks and completed this video as a cool down stretch after a 30-minute prenatal HIIT routine. So glad to be getting my energy back. This sequence was a perfect pace and will continue to be part of my daily workouts. I cried while holding my belly at the end. Our bodies are miraculous. Thank you!

    About 10 weeks left for my baby to come 🥰
    I've been doing your 15min morning prenatal workout and it's been very good to start the day with it. It helps me move into ease the little morning aches in neck and hips/back and connect with my baby.
    This one is more strengthening and high paced. It made me sweat ! I LOVE it. I feel empowered to be able to do this kind of workouts in the last trimester, and I think it's very important to feel strong for the day I will put my baby into the world. ♥️♥️♥️ thanks a LOT Sarah !

    Loved this workout, I am close to the end of pregnancy. Good paced and with all the moves, is what I was looking for. Most prenatal videos are slow and more like stretching, this is an actual workout and perfect! Thank you!

    This was a lovely flow but it is challenging. I have a strong practice but I found it challenging and gave myself breaks. Beginners should adapt and take breaks when they need to because some parts are intense and you need to remain mindeful in those moments to look after your body.

    I’m 38 weeks pregnant 😱 and this video and the other 20 min prenatal routine are the only workouts I feel up to now days. Just enough to feel like I did something to stay active but not so hard I feel like I can’t or don’t want to do it. I’m so glad I found this workout and will continue to do more of your routines after the baby!

    Hi! I'm 20 weeks with my second and have been staying very active this whole pregnancy. I'm doing a combination of strength training, yoga and walking.     These videos are the best and def what I was looking for. Before pregnancy I was hard core into high intensity workouts but since being pregnant I no longer feel comfortable or have the tolerance to go to the gym. Really no specific reason it’s just a mood I guess and being short of breath. I love that I can do these at home and I feel so much strength being built, there great! Thanks!

    This is a nice video! Sometimes a little too fast, but I like how we work at strength with push-ups and so. I'm 25 weeks and I'm not sure that I can do this video till the end, but I'll do it as long as I can!

      You can actually change the speed of playback to suit your needs 😊

      I guess it takes time/practice before you can actually follow the pace. I’ve been practicing this since the beginning of week 20, and it was hard to follow at first but now (week 29) I can say I can follow the flow.

    I'm 27 weeks, and yoga is getting hard to do but I will continue until I absolutely can't, thank you for this practice, and thank you God for this healthy vessel for my baby🙏

    This felt so goooood! It’s hard to find a prenatal practice that feels like an actual flow. I’m 30 weeks and did it yesterday and just had to do it again today. Thank you!
