    I followed this video and it's the first time I've done yoga since I've been pregnant. I lied down afterwards to go to bed and I felt the first movements from my baby. I guess he liked it!

    I followed this video (and the one that automatically comes after it) 4 days per week during my second pregnancy. Totally prevented the back pain I had experienced the first time around! Also, my 9lb 4oz baby came flying out in less than an hour - happened so fast the midwife didn't make it in time! My first baby took 19 hours! Thanks so much!!!!!

    Love this little morning sequence. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and am an experienced yogi, this felt so good to do in the morning to relieve the hips from sleeping on sides.

    This is exactly what my body needed this morning! I definitely wouldn’t consider myself a yogi but I’ve done it regularly a few times. I was able to keep up and follow along. The video was clear.     Hi.don't know how to thank you for this routine.I'm in my first trimester. I'm exhausted all the time ,forcing my self out of bed in the morning.after doing this yoga routine ,It's like I'm refreshed and all ready to start my day,my neck and joints feel much better now.thanks from a subbi from Iran .

    My husband and I started doing yoga at home..and we’re both extremely annoyed by all the chit chatting with the other videos...

    Wonderful video. I've been doing a lot of your youtube "classes" and what I like about this one is the combination of stretching and movement. I'm 25weeks and currently dealing with dizziness, some nausea, shortness of breath and also recovering from gallbladder removal surgery. Despite all that, I'm able to all of the poses and moves. I feel like this sequence gives me a nice morning shot of energy and opens me up for the day, but in a gentle way.

    This was PERFECT!!! I'm pregnant with my 3rd, so trying to find time to get my exercise in has been a challenge. I love the length of the video - it's just right. The yoga poses left me feeling refreshed and ready for my day. I was able to manage with two kiddos crawling between my legs and arms :)

    I've been wanting to stay active during the later stages of my pregnancy, but didn't want to overdo it or do an exercise that wasn't safe. I also wanted to see if it would help me sleep. This series has been perfect for me, and since I started doing at least two of the videos a day, I've been sleeping much better. Thank you!

    My favourite prenatal workout 🥰 I've done this almost through all my pregnancy 2-3 times a week.
    Now I'm in week 35 and I'm so grateful I can still do these yoga poses and stayed flexible. It also relieves all the aches and pains from sleeping position and baby weight.

    I’ve been doing this routine every morning for a week and it has made a huge difference for me! I was experiencing way too much back pain for this early in my pregnancy (20 weeks) but this morning routine is helping to strengthen and stretch my body in ways I desperately needed.     I just tried this for the first time today. I feel much more relaxed and less tense (even as I am reminded of how not flexible I am) and watching my toddler watch and imitate me is maybe the funniest thing I've seen in weeks. Thanks for this video! I needed something short and sweet so I can actually make it part of my routine.

    I absolutely love your way of instructing! No need to look at the video because your instructions are so clear. No unnecessary talking helps me get into it as well. This is a short but effective practice that I’ve done in both my pregnancies. Helps keep everything flexible and strong!

    Thanks for the video, I think this is a nice routine but for somebody who has practised this before and who is familiar with yoga as the sequences were quite fast and I was not able to keep up and did not understand some of the movements and what I needed to do if it was slower, I think it would be appropriate for complete beginners.

    SarahBeth you are AMAZING. I'd been using this 15 minute prenatal morning routine since about week 9 of pregnancy, through working 8 hour shifts and dealing with life stressors, i really feel like this 15 minutes made all the difference in my days. I felt so "off" whenever i didnt do it. Now, at week 28, I have really been slacking and its been about 1 month and a half since I did your 15 minute morning prenatal yoga routine. I have been experiencing some extreme discomfort in my 3rd trimester, shortness of breath, and problems with dehydration. I am 5'0", 120 lbs and it just seems like baby has NO room to grow in there!! The more my belly stretches, the more uncomfortable each and every day is becoming. I was in so much pain and discomfort this morning, then i thought back to THIS video and how much it had helped me in the beginning of my pregnancy. So I just did your 15 min morning prenatal yoga routine for the first time in over 1 month and i feel SO much better. I am most definitely going back to doing it everyday, in the hopes that it will help me in my pregnancy and also in my labor&delivery.     I found your channel about a year ago because of prenatal yoga. The year has not gone as planned, but I have benefited from your channel greatly! Now I'm back in your prenatal and thankful for the flow style (since not pregnant I'm all about vinyasa and power!). Would love to see other videos like this, since there are so few out there.     I just hit the 2nd trimester and this is the first time I've been able to workout in several weeks because of severe morning sickness. This was so nice to stretch everything out and I look forward to making this part of my daily routine! Especially since child's pose proved difficult! Gotta work things out before baby gets here!     Hi Sarah Beth. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and started to follow this morning yoga video just this week. Although I had some background on practicing yoga, I wasn't doing it for quite a while, and the first time with this video felt like the instructions were too fast or I was too slow. But I didn't give up and within just a few days I can calmly enjoy this morning stretch and be grateful for how much my body already progressed!     Really happy to have found your prenatal yoga videos! I've been following them (as well as some other UA-cam yoga videos for variety) on a daily basis for the last few months. At 37 weeks of pregnancy, I've been able to do them comfortably and go about the rest of my day feeling energetic, strong, and flexible.

    Thank you. This is perfect for anyone wanting to ease into a daily routine. I love doing this when it's raining out or the barometer is low. It really staves off the aches & pains. Keeps me from having to lay down all the time. This woman has the prettiest voice as well. Love it before work. Great start to the day. I also do the evening & PM sessions. So nice. I haven't seen the "prenatal workout". Would love to do that as well!

    Late to the game, but this is my 3rd Pregnancy I have to busy toddlers at home and my body is extra tired. This 10 minutes of yoga with you felt amazing and I hope I can keep myself accountable to continue during the rest of my pregnancy and beyond.

    Yoga has made me regularly light-headed and nauseous this pregnancy, so I appreciate the fact that even taking breaks and coming back, this still challenged me a bit. Hopefully after doing it for a while my body adjusts! Thank you!

    This is super nice! I've done a little yoga before, and a long time ago, but I watched through this once and was able to follow the whole practise. So even though I'm sure there's room for improvement, I was able to dive straight in! 😊 I love the gentle stretches and the warrior poses that are super for the pelvic floor. Thanks so much for this!

    I did not feeling like moving my body due my growing belly this AM but luckily I got up and did this flow! I feel better and my hamstrings and hips aren’t as sore! Thanks so much!!

    Really enjoyed this yoga sequence. It's just enough to get me loosened up in the morning. I normally like downward dog but it can be difficult with heartburn so I was glad there was only one in this sequence. I'll definitely keep it up.

    Did this most of my pregnancy and was such a relief. 3 weeks post partum I am doing this again to help stretch out!

    Thank you fir this video. It was easy to follow and I got to do my workout even though I felt tired. It also helped me with all the back pain and tightness I currently have. 2 more months and baby will be here 😊❤️
