- The F-80A-5, previously known in game as the P-80A-5, is one of the first American jets that you can unlock and, true to form for American planes, it is good overall. It climbs well, has good speed, decent armament, and has decent maneuverability, depending on the situation. Does that mean that it is good, though? Or is it just a bad jet from an era of lackluster jet performance? I go over that and more in my F-80A-5 gameplay.

The F-80A-5 is my first jet. Been watching tons of videos on it. I keep getting to the battlefield late, either we got steamrolled or the enemy was mostly gone

If your wing gets shot off, u can usually recover snd fly home. Its helpful to save on repair
I love mine, I also have that camo. My only issue with it is having to take off from the airfield and having F3f's and F-84's on your team, if your team is dominating it takes awhile to get to battle and it might be over before you get there.
I hate the 6xM2 load out that so many American planes have. It's just not enough sometimes. The 6x M3, though. That's some good shit. I'd rather have that full burst mass when I need it, thanks. Being able to fire my guns for several minutes doesn't matter if I'm dead.

P-80 is my 1st Jet in game and haven't got it fully upgraded yet but seems to be fun. now the goal is to get the P-51H :D
I can't be the only one who loves the look of the f80. I think it looks kinda similar to an ARC-170 from star wars when you look at it from the front

its so comforting to see that I am not the only one who have issues landing those 50 cal sprays 😂
I always feel this jet is undergunned because other enemy jets that have 20 mm and 30 mm only need to land 1 lucky shell to eviscerate you

the f84 at 7.0 is far better than the f80

In ARB, in SIM the F80 A5 is amazing.
this plane is ok, but only in full top configuration - without, it's trash
