The F-80C-10 is probably one of my favourite planes to fly right now.
It's fast, manoeuvrable and has decent firepower.
the 8.3 match ups might screw you over at times though.

Miss the old timer for air rb, so many potential wins just gone due to no time.
It's annoying, I dont need 60 minutes but give us atleast 35-40

What sucks is the BR now. You can't even fly that jet now with out getting targeted by AIMs
@@taylorwelsh149 bro early missiles are incredibly easy to dodge lmao. I have an 8.0 KD in the G91 which also has no flares, faces better missiles on top of having to deal with supersonics in an uptier.
The F-80 is still one of the fastest planes in its BR bracket.

The 25 minute timer essentially ensures that long, strategically played matches are impossible. I’ve lost too many 1v1s or 2v2s because the timer ran out. The game shouldn’t decided who wins, the players should
Then it would depend on ticket bleed and games would last way too long
@@casualalt7869 the timer wouldn’t be an issue if ticket bleed was caused only by players and not AI, similarly to how World of Warships operates. Your team could still have 5 players and the opposing team only having 2, but you still lose due to AI ticket bleed and that should never happen in my opinion. They need to get rid of one or the other

The first plane with which I first got comfortable in jets with. It just had what the F-80A lacked, M3 50 cals. Oh and that 100 seconds of WEP is my panic button of choice!

Hey Defyn it's me Jeeepney the F-84 pilot, reason i got shot down was i just got impatient with the timer and just decided to play it risky, if we had the old 1 hour game timer we for sure could have won this by just extending, i'll count it as a win for us ;)

Sometimes I have problems when I’m in a jet (like the f80c) cause of the b1s acceleration

F-80 fast use fast to go fast nothing fast as F-80 fast also if F-80 miss kill just go fast because nothing go as fast as F-80 then turn around and boink the enemies with superior energy

Have you ever done the M.B.157? I almost want to challenge you get to get an ace with the limited ammo in the 25min battles lol. It's such a nice plane to fly other than the ammo, I wish it had its historical 7mm to back it up.
I got an ace in it, was definitely an outlier, but sometimes it is possible
can you do a video on the Harrier GR.1 as i dont really know how to use it properly with its low speed and low missle range?

I did, after you lan and come to a full stop you can holdJ or press leave aircraft to go into the menu
Do keep in mind you need to have 0 damage
So either make sure you got no damage or wait untill you are repaired.

If you have any communications to gaijin please bring up the idea of a 40 minute timer and a kick if on the AF for more than 1 minute. I've seen multiple matches recently where people sit completely afk on the af from start to finish and idk why this is randomly happening.
That 'fuck this game' in the chat at the end was so relatable.
My very first match in it I got uptiered(par for the course). I still ended up getting 2 kills... Well, 1 and an assist.. It would have been 2 if a teammate didn't swoop in after I crit a MiG-15 and was going in for the kill... I still count it. Even got to drop my 4 starter bombs on a base. Best I have ever done with a stock aircraft.

@@DEFYN Yeah except now F-80C is overtiered shit plane and snail keeps powercreeping it further into non-playability with stuff like SU-11 which has similar performance but on 7.0.

Some planes have WEP in the form of an injection, it's like a 2nd small fuel tank that adds a boost to your engine setting/
It's similar to running nitro on a car. It's not infinite
In this case a water injection.
A lot of American planes have this
i.e.: P51H, P47s, F9Fs, F80C and the F4U

Would be nice if gaijin added some sort of WEP timer or something above/below fuel timer. Because now i just have to remember how much i used roughly to judge if i can take on a certain engagement.

Wow that new 25 min timer is a huge problem for US fighters. US teams ground pound and die and the 1 or 2 smart players who are capable of boom n zooming to victory cant even do that anymore.
In my experience it's great for the US because their ground pounders lower the other team's tickets further and the two guys they have left are space climbing f89s that no one has a chance of catching until they win from ticket bleed

last patch there was a ton of f2g new plane spam getting in the way too. Imagine itll be better now that its gone to 6.3

@@sharpstriker1559 You don't need either. Cannons one tap. 19s is the best dogfighter in the game. Only thing that MIGHT stand a chance is the Draken. It has INSANE performance even at 10.0 and is only limited by top speed. NR30s are the best 30mm in game and are the 2nd best guns in game. They just have a skill ceiling that's higher then 20mm.
EDIT: Also low ammo count my ass. With the ammo you get you have plenty for 3-5 kills. Again just need to aim correctly.

100% lack of skill. This plane is better than the su 11 assuming it’s spaded(su11 is always spaded cause prem). U just need to not commit hard to anyone. Stay above 500km/h.

But the F-84F is 8.3, so of course you'll be with mig 15s and sabres, unless you meant the F-84G.. the f and g are quite close together on a keyboard

wow I just played a few battles and they trashed this game. I saw 1.7-2.0BR spread in every match. Fighting the Super Corsair at 4.0 lol. It's a shame I ever gave these freaks money. I think a lot of people are not enjoying it either because I saw longer wait times and less players on than normally at this hour
