I made this YUMMY coffee cake..was perfect!! My husband couldn’t wait for the fridge to cool it down, he had to snitch a sample he was so impresses with it!! Made it yesterday: my husband and our guests loved it, they all mentioned how they loved the almond flavor (my hubby loves marzipan). It was very easy to make, flavor and consistency were outstanding. A little too sweet to my taste, so next time I will try to cut down on sweetener (I used erythritol).
Love all of Carolyn’s recipes. This one is a slice of heaven for breakfast. I made it this weekend and even my carb worshiping husband loved it!

So glad this 3 year old video came up in my feed. Best cake ever. Made it for my daughter & son in law who just had first baby. Making another today for me. I only had 4 oz of cream cheese so just halved the sweetener in the filling and it set beautifully. I used 8x8 baking dish so I think it was 10 minutes longer to match the jiggle you showed in the video. Thanks for all your hard work.❤🧡💛

I’d like to try it again with other flavours. Any ideas for how or what would go well with maybe maple (extract)? I’m also a cinnamon crazy - so I’d like to make several different ones with this same recipe but my personal judgement isn’t always the greatest with ‘complimentary combinations’.

I have this in the oven now! Put it together right along with the video! I must have missed how much almond milk to put in, but I took a guess and did half a cup. Hope it turns out ok! The batter consistency seemed right so fingers crossed. Can’t wait to take it out of the oven!! ❤️

Hi Shelly. No the raspberries are fresh and unsweetened. Once they are in the mix, they are sweet enough! Which book you wants depends on your tastes. My big cookbook, The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen, is the most comprehensive and has everything from breakfast to dessert. The others are all targeted toward one subject and much smaller. Easy Keto Dinners is a favourite, though!

Not a good replacement at all. Better to use more almond flour but you'd need another full cup.

where do you add the coffee and how much
There is no coffee IN the recipe itself. Coffee cake is a kind of cake typically served WITH coffee. Hope that helps!

How many grams is a cup? Living in Europe, we don't use cups as a measure!

It would be great if you told the amount of serving and TOTAL carbs per serving.
The total carbs per serving ARE listed in the recipe, and it's pretty easy to divide a square pan into 16 servings.

Can you use Kite hill almond cream cheese for dairy free?
I've used it before tin other recipes so I would think so.
I made this 10/15/20 I used Wal-Mart brand stevia because that's what I had ,it turned out beautiful but tasted nasty !!!! All those sweeteners are not cheap
Well that would be the stevia. You need to try the sweeteners actually listed in the recipe.

Coffee cake is a cake that is served with coffee... breakfast or afternoon snack.

What kind of Swerve? There are different types out there?
I think I specified granulated for both but you can actually use powdered if you prefer.
