I’d call it the best drill on the internet. Thanks and subscribed.

Thanks for the kind comment. When it's practiced and done correctly, it can help fix a myriad of swing issues.

Mr Miagi to Danielson. He listened and he learned. Great drill, I swing my 8 iron in my living room constantly, without a ball, of course. I'll be working on this and get back to you on my next round

If you start hitting the ball to the right.... strengthen your grip. Thanks for watching.

The kinetic chain in motion. I've played rounds using a slight drag to begin my sequence, amazing results. This is not a stupid drill. Nice video!

I want an easier swing and will try this. I feel like I'm putting in far too much energy into my golf swing. Thank you for posting this!

Thanks for watching. You'll hit it much farther and straighter if you hit it with the bigger muscles.

I do online lessons as well. It's not quite as good as in-person but I can help you. If you're interested, go to my website... southernutahgolfacademy.com, or email me at kevin@southernutahgolfacademy.com and I can give you instructions for sending me a video.

How do you retain the separation so that the club stays up when you plant your left foot. My club starts down as soon as i plant

This is a point of struggle for many golfers. It takes practicing the right feel until it gets to be natural. Think about your motion when throwing a baseball. The first move involved with that is to move your foot toward the target and your arm away from the target. You need to create that feel in your golf swing. This will help. ua-cam.com/video/1dOAvoVXm_g/v-deo.html
