  • Kewa means "potato" and datshi means "cheese" Kewa Datshi is a delicious thick gravy-like Bhutanese dish that is made up of potatoes, chiles, and cheese. Serve it like a soup or along with rice! You will find cheese in every culinary in the Bhutanese dish and it is one of the key ingredients that make up the Bhutanese dish so especial in it's own way.

Yes, of course. It tastes great with steamed rice. If you like cheese, you will like this dish. It’s a Bhutanese dish. Do try it and let me know.
