    Hi Aunty! Agree with 2:41 you flavour is fantastic. It is so appetizing that u will be tempted to eat more rice!
    And it is so simple to cook compared to other recipes.
    Marinate prawns 15 to 30 mins is really good enough.

      Hi, the 4 tbsp sugar is to balance the sourness or the tamarind. You may reduce it to your taste if desired. Tq.
