Simple and easy of Nyonya Assam Prawn or it call "Tamarind Prawn" as well.
材料（腌制） / Ingredients (Marinated)
− 500g prawn / 虾
− 3 tbsp assam jawa paste / 亚参酱
− 3-4 tbsp warm water / 温水
− 1 tbsp sugar / 糖
− 1 tbsp dark soy sauce / 黑酱油
− Enough cooking oil

聽到95%一樣的方言，樂壞了。口氣頗像我大姐。棉蘭人也這樣講福建话：改良的閔南話夾雜國語印尼語英文。和大陸的頗有分別。很尷尬。
