  • Cantonese pan fried Prawn (Gon Jin Ha Lok )
    Ingredients:
    300g Prawn
    2 to 3 tsp corn starch
    1 stalk spring onion
    two slices of young ginger(optional)
    80 Garlic
    1 tbsp Goji berries
    Seasoning:
    1 Tbsp light soy sauce
    1/3 Cup Water
    1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 tbsp white Rice wine
    Dash of Sesame oil
    1 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
    dash of white pepper powder

    三到四人份
    材料:
    大蝦300克
    去皮蒜头80克(不拍直接切碎保留蒜汁)
    葱两棵(切成葱花)
    姜2片 选择性
    糖1茶匙
    白米酒(烧酒)1汤匙
    蚝油1汤匙
    带甜酱油1汤匙
    盐1/4 茶匙
    1/3 杯水
    少许麻油
    一汤匙绍兴酒
    少许胡椒粉
