Did we not just watch her make meals that look delicious as well as well as healthy? Everyone eat for survival, its literally a requirement for being human, doesnt mean we cant also like the taste. You speak the truth about most people aren't doing what this young lady is doing. Most people in the U.S.A. aren't buying fresh whole foods and cooking. They're in the fast food lines, buying prepackaged foods in the grocery store, and if they are indeed cooking, it's unhealthy. Also eating so many bad snacks too often. I became one of those people over the years but, moving away from that now. Also working on the stress eating, which is usually unhealthy. Some nutritionist say that eating fast food should only be 1 - 2 times a month because of how unhealthy it is. Although more people are choosing to change their lifestyle to love themselves more and treat the body right, we still have a long way to go in this country. 🙏🏾❤️
