    Love how she articulates each move really well so that it’s easy to follow along with her cues. The wide glute bridge move really burned 🔥

    Got my first job where I'm standing all day and I'm a big weakling, so it gets me (my legs + feet) sore halfway in. I got into pilaties before, but my first time left me sick the day after, so this is the perfect intro workout that didn't leave me feeling like jelly! Thank you so much!
