Girl gunna have me walking side to side like Ariana grande. And honestly I'm not mad. Rofl I love Nicole.
I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it. I really am grateful for creating a workout that I'm confident to try and not be embarrassed to workout at home. I can't really quite explain it but just thankyou. ❤️
Same with adhd! I always have struggled to stick with anything because it's work and no reward. But her channel I always can find at least something for the length I'm willing to do that day and I enjoy doing it and even find myself looking forward to the next day! Perfect way to come back to workout while recovering from a 4-day fever. 😌 Even when being at an intermediate/advance level, it always feels nice to do beginner level and focus on breathing and have a good control
Omega I’ve been following for about 3 weeks but it still surprises me how stronggg Nicole is like she’s barely breaking a sweat and is still able to properly communicate with us while she does the same exercise as us and it inspires me soo much 😊❤❤

I felt this everywhere!! I thought that I was working out doing abs and legs exercises properly. But dang!! Pilates does humble you. I had to rest a few times on the legs portion. The abs and the side planks weren’t that bad but I felt it so bad. My whole body feels so much better after a few minutes. Feels like I can get back to actually feeling better at working out. Thank you! I will do this everyday and challenge myself to finishing the whole workout without resting. Btw if anyone is wondering, I am currently trying to get back into shape after two back to back pregnancies. It’s been 15 months postpartum. I will update y’all on my journey. i'm on my periods and it's day 3. actually my belly hurts a bit and i was worried about the aching of it. but your workout it's so gentle for the belly bottom, i was actually suprised! now i'm feeling energetic and toned, i really like this workout! such an amazing opportunity to save the movement on your periods! thank you Nicole, sending big love for you and your home

I am a powerlifter who max is 210 at a 170 body weight... but this gave me one of THE BEST quad pumps I have had in a while, I normally do 185 for reps of 8 but this was somehow harder then that. I will definitely be back to do more :)

Day 7 of Pilates complete!!!🤗💘I’m doing 30 days of Move with Nicole Pilates videos, I try to get in 45 mins of Pilates every day. Today I did a 30 min video and ended it with this 15 minute one. I have never done Pilates before but I do have a background in strength and flexibility but as a beginner I still DEFINITELY struggle sometimes which I actually enjoy because I know my strength is increasing!!! So wish me luck everyone I’m already seeing changes in my appearance 💗(oh also I’m doing some light strength training with dumbbells a few times per week)

i have a very hectic schedule for a couple of months now due to long working hours but i still am able to get in some exercises due to your videos, even if it is just 15 minutes! the best part about your workouts for me is how you guide inhaling and exhaling incorporating breathwork that helps with my mental health as well! even just doing 15-minute workouts almost everyday for a month now has left me feeling so much stronger and with increased muscle definition

I started doing pilates four days ago, my legs feel absolutely wrecked but also super awesome, I've noticed that pilates seems to be a bit heavy on lower-body workouts so I'm going to find something else (like weights or something idk) for upper body. I have a broken toe and can’t do my normal work outs so I found this video and have been doing the floor portions almost daily. It’s been totally amazing and getting me in better shape than I was before I broke my toe.

UPDATE: okay it's been a little over a month! I'm sorry to disappoint, but i haven't seen a drastic change so far. My legs feel stronger, but I think my body looks the same as when I started. Also the workout itself is still pretty difficult. I'd say if you're aiming for a month, keep at it! Maybe do it twice a day for faster results 🤷🏼♀️ (I do it once a day)

Day 1 5-15-24 This was super hard! Going to do this every other day until it’s easy. Goal is to do it at least 30 times. Day 2 5-17-24 still super hard. Day 3 5-19-24 I feel it getting slightly easier to keep up. The side planks are the worst for me tho. Day 4 5-21-24 Done still not easy. Day 5 5-22-24 A day early today because I won’t have time tomorrow. Seeing little improvements 😊 Day 6 5-26-24 Got a little off track with the weekend but still going strong. Side planks are getting easier 💪🏽 Day 7 5-28-24 my form is getting better. Day 8 5-30-24 so tired.

I strongly agree in that this not beginning friendly. Been doing pilates sinse Middle school and Im an adult now recovering from a surgery. But it deff is a good beginner to intermediate work out so thank you for that to the instructor!

Also the workout itself is still pretty difficult. I'd say if you're aiming for a month, keep at it! Maybe do it twice a day for faster results 🤷🏼♀️ (I do it once a day)

these videos have really got me back into my game i had 2 very big knee surgery’s and i was an athlete before i was injured so i have felt so useless not being able to use my body how i used to but these videos really have helped me, being able to be active when i’m still gentle on my body is great thank you for these great videos!!❤

day 1 currently about 180 pounds and trying to lose 30-50 pounds. tapped out a 9:51 it’s very hard but i’m sticking to the belief that something is better than nothing and you have to start somewhere. currently not doing any dieting and just trying to start somewhere. wish me luck❤

I did this workout the first day after testing negative & feeling I had more energy after Covid, and absolutely loved it! I even have sore obliques today from the side plank work😁 thank you as always Nicole💕

Day 1 5-15-24 This was super hard! Going to do this every other day until it’s easy. Goal is to do it at least 30 times.
Day 2 5-17-24 still super hard.
Day 3 5-19-24 I feel it getting slightly easier to keep up. The side planks are the worst for me tho.
Day 4 5-21-24 Done still not easy.
Day 5 5-22-24 A day early today because I won’t have time tomorrow. Seeing little improvements 😊
Day 6 5-26-24 Got a little off track with the weekend but still going strong. Side planks are getting easier 💪🏽
Day 7 5-28-24 my form is getting better.
Day 8 5-30-24 so tired.

I strongly agree in that this not beginning friendly. Been doing pilates sinse Middle school and Im an adult now recovering from a surgery. But it deff is a good beginner to intermediate work out so thank you for that to the instructor!
