Chloe is this good to do if you have sciatica?
Yes absolutely! Just take care in the hamstring stretch in kneeling and the one laying on your back. You can always ease off it if it feels too intense. But overall, it's important to stretch out these muscles with sciatica. All the best! Chloe x
