    You are a life saver I love this video thank you I was just saying I sit in my office fir 8 hours there's gotta be something I can do then I can do in the office in the mornings didn't realize how stuff I have gotten. Lord those 10 minutes were tough. I'm going to keep it up til it gets easier for me

    Help!! The quad stretch gives me Charlie horse type things in my hamstrings. How do I stop that. It’s awful.

    For seated hip stretch: is your behind against the back of the chair or are you on the edge. Sorry, I couldn't tell from the video

      As it keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
      Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight.
      Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way

      Take it slow if you are new to stretching. It is also important to properly warm up first..even a short walk would be good enough! We gradually lose flexibility as we age if we don't stretch and it's very important we remain flexible so we can keep our joints strong and healthy!

    apart from the last sitting thing I felt all the stretches correctly, any idea what could I be doing wrong for the last one? I didn’t feel anything is getting stretched then

    I have been in so much pain due to scoliosis and having to sit all day long at a pressured temp job. I cannot begin to tell you how very helpful this was to me, thanks so much! I am going to do these regularly from now on as it has helped so much.

    I find some of these stretches quite painful...is that normal?

      Hi Phill, If stretching is new to your fitness routine, it can take a little getting used to. However, stretching should never be painful. If you try the video again, try not stretching quite as far as well as doing this routine after a walk or another workout.
