This is really fun!! I did this for about 2 weeks and my flexibility really improved!! It helped me become more active and it made me enjoy working out!! Even though I was inconsistent, i still lost about 1.5kg in a short period of time. ✊💗

Even u do 3hrs exercise but still eat a ton of foods. U wont lose any kg. I recently watched medical explanation that if u really wanna lose weight is u start dieting uself. Proper diet

The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. Hello, bad meow! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. But I do discourage you from eating sugar and grains and foods that consist of these. Instead, you should have a balanced nutrition that will help you lose weight faster! Weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet.
