Hyrox in Houston

In this vlog we head down to Houston Texas with the crew to for the fitness race HYROX. After seeing people do these races all around the world, I thought I try it out! Cooper Marsh and I signed up for the mixed doubles and later in the evening we meet up with the doubles and hit a Relay Race. We had a great time, and can't wait to do another!

Great job Mal!!! I just did my first Hyrox in March with like 15 members from 460 Fitness!
Well all trained together to prepare and it was a ton of fun.
Can def recommend CrossFitters try a Hyrox!
It probably won't be as easy for most as it was for Mal but def worth it!
Need to convince Haley Adams to do one after the CrossFit season!
