Training Day in Iowa

- In this video we are back home in Iowa and take you on a full day of training in the Barn. This session we start with an opening GOWOD mobility session into 40:00 minute EMOM. Shortly after we follow that with a little bit of strength and accessory work. After some coffee and refueling with finish the day with a heavy bike workout and top it off with an ice bath.
I’ve loved being able to work fitness into my every day life and learn how to truly enjoy it. Everyday looks different, but recently it has brought me so much joy to train with others and just work out for myself and my mind!

I am no expert, but I watched all CF games since 2012 and Mal O'Brien propably has the most potential of all athletes I ever saw (by far).
I am exited to see her more often in the future, if she wants to win the games she will win for sure.

So many questions?? Are you stateside for good? Are you getting back in shape for next years Open? Who is doing your programing? Who is your coach? I am a masters athlete who needed a break away from the noise. I can't imagine the internal and external pressure that is put on a professional athlete. It is good to see that smile and to see you back doing functional fitness. Good luck in whatever your path might be. God is Good all the time, Lean on HIs power!!

@@christytaylor6395 Because as an athlete she part of physical culture. It is clear that she has put in a lot of work to improve her athletic physique. I made no sexualized comments, anything inappropriate or negative judgement. I would say the same over a male athlete who clear has made gains in their training. Get over it.
@@oldgrizz8720yeah don't comment on peoples bodies at all. You never know what could offend them even if you're thinking you're complimenting them. Women hate this shit and especially younger women. You've had two women now tell you don't do that so maybe take a hunt and learn from the mistake
I commend you for learning to enjoy it. I exercise because I have to do it to get the results. I have never enjoyed it. Exercise is endured, not enjoyed. Hopefully one day I will learn to enjoy it.
