This young man would have to be the most polite interviewer and a credit to his profession. Articulate in both his speech and presentation style. He asks relevant questions, allows the questioner to respond uninterrupted. The Sun is on a winner with young man and need to ensure that his interview style is respected and encouraged.

Dr. Peterson changed my life and saved me from death, he came to my life during my darkest times, a suicide attempt, I was admitted in a mental health facility and a year after my son died during labor, Dr. Peterson books and videos helped me to stay strong during those times and helped me recover and start to get my life together. I hope he gets better.

@@BlackIceZa Given the circumstances we live in he indeed is important. That may say a lot about the circumstances I give you that. But it is also typical for people who are under attack from such a person, to degrade this person's intelllectual capabilities. Probably a counter reaction to ease some of the pain caused. I have seen the exact same pattern in my own country almost 20 years ago with the rise of a nice guy named Pim Fortuyn, who spoke some harsh truths and gave people who felt unheard a voice.

The sad thing is that Benzos are actually a very, very valuable tool for people with severe anxiety disorders. The problem is doctors prescribing them for long-term use. Taking a Xanax twice a month for panic attacks is incredibly safe. Taking it every day for months is a recipe for disaster.

I watched his interview speaking of his wife and how they met . It was such a beautiful story and I could see the love he has for her in his eyes . His love was so deep

The interview with her and her dad was so beautiful and heart wrenching. I have the same relationship with my mom, when she got sick I did everything I could and still do. It actually makes me want to have kids, to know someone would have my back when I get older. He must have done a really good job with his kids. Love their family.
Jordan Peterson is a very intense character, but also an international treasure. Please tell him to take care of himself. We can live without him for a while while he gets better. His work is a lot to absorb so that will give us some time to do that. We want to hear from him again.

Benzo withdrawal is pretty much the absolute worst; they are fantastic drugs when used occasionally, and an absolute horror when used regularly. I hope he is feeling a little better now.

Regarding mental health, I wonder if there is something different about introverts under Covid lockdown. I’ve talked to other introverts and we seem to be happier and more relaxed without all the socialising!
I am enjoying having more control over my social interactions.
As an introvert I agree. The few months of sever lockdown were incredibly helpful in reliving built up stress and allowed me to see the world and my local community in a new light. The best part to me was the disappearance of all the cars on the street - it felt like nature was taking over again.
I wouldn’t consider myself “introvert” or “extrovert” for that matter, I’m into occasional socialising but in general I really love my own company. I’ve worked full time in the same job I’ve disliked for the past 6/7 years so for me this lockdown has done wonders for my mental health. It’s allowed me to relax, open my mind and be alone with my own thoughts for once!

I adore this man, and pray for his recovery. What a caring, kind, wonderful daughter she is.
I started my university studies as a history and English teacher at the University of Debrecen in Hungary because of Dr. Peterson, and I'll do my absolute best to make sure that he makes the history books at one point in time. I was a lost teenager, I didn't really have any goals, didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life, and on top of that, my mother has been diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder some 5-6 years ago, which made everything worse. Dr. Peterson was the one who picked me up when I was down in the mud. I sincerely hope he's going to recover as fast as possible.

I got coronavirus, my wife gave birth whilst I was still sick. Then the baby got sick and ended up in the hospital for a week then I developed shingles, thankfully I'm now on the mend. Yes life can be tough but it happens. Get well Jordan.

Sorry man... Fluoroquinolones have literally saved millions of lives at this point. Of course they have some side effects, but they're generally very well tolerated. Also, not sure what idiot prescribed a fluoroquinolone for COVID but that was a mistake. He needs to be on HCQ, zinc, inhaled steroids and Vit D/C if he wants to get the best evidence based treatment as of right now.

My boyfriend’s mom experienced a rapid loss of vision after taking fluoroquinolone years ago. There are many people with different tragic health consequences following taking that drug as prescribed

Jordan is a liberal as well...are you sure that you didn't mean to say you are a leftist? Jordan is certainly centrist, as well as liberal, but he is by no means leaning right, even in the slightest. If you find yourself at odds with Dr. Peterson about politics you might think about reexamining what your political ideals actually are and where they came from. Be well.

Benzos are probably the worst drug to come off . The withdrawal is horrible. His immune system would've been weakened and he isn't getting younger. I pray he gets better soon . He's too valuable to lose to a flu virus.
Nonsense. You've obviously never had any experience with people coming off heroin or other opiates, or alcohol for that matter. Benzos are actually very mild sedatives/anti-anxiety medications which I have taken for years with no ill effects whatsoever and, during periods when I have stopped taking them, I have experienced no withdrawal effects whatsoever.
@@mrhyde4991 Actually I have . I was a crackhead for 20yrs. I've had a lot of experience in this too much to say in these comments. But I've done a heroin rattle twice and I've seen lots of others doing the same. I've shared prison cells with alcoholics , heroin addicts, etc .
D. R. Nonsense. I know two people who have had devastating side effects during withdrawals from benzos. Both coming off of clonazepam. Physical, psychological and emotional withdrawals that had to be tapered slowly and it took both over two years to be able to fully be off of the drug. Then it took them months to even stabilize from the process.

D. R. Benzo withdrawal is severe bc of the potentially fatal seizures. I’ve come off benzos and pain pills benzos were far far harder to stop. Your brain is literally in freak out mode for 2 weeks then feels mush for another 2 weeks and THEN it starts to recover. As for Dr Peterson I have no clue why he’s having such extreme problems coming off them tho he was taking a long acting form so the withdrawals take much longer. He should’ve taken a short acting benzo for a couple weeks then stopped cold turkey with a regimen of barbiturates to prevent seizures. That’s exactly how I did it.

As a small UA-camr I’m already receiving so much hate that I can’t imagine what Jordan receives. Literally can’t even fathom it. I dont blame Jordan for going on benzos or whatever he chooses as long as he doesn’t kill himself for Christ sake. People can only take so much. I consider this a journey into the underworld for him, and he will return once again with the gold once he slays the dragon within himself
