Well it is a state of double panic to be honest. Firstly, you are not engaging your glute muscles, which means that no work is being done on your booty and your booty cannot develop Secondly, it means that you are either using your thighs or your lower back for these workouts, which what you don't want. You want your booty to get sore, not your thigh or lower back, otherwise it might get injured somehow from the soreness

Tip I learned in yoga! When in planks, press into your knuckles and fingertips to distribute your body weight through your hands, instead of dumping it all into your wrists. Hope that helps! :)

@@ДарьяТрофимчик-з5ц as someone who's recovering from binge eating and excessive fasting after that, i would say there are no strict rules per se and it's different for everyone else. however, what i would suggest is honor your body, listen to its needs and nourish it. often bad lifestyle and eating habits have an overall detrimental effect on our health, so exercising, stressing less, getting good and adequate sleep also helps in regulating our hormones, including hunger ones. when you're aware when your body wants food, you should eat and not really restrict anything or label food as good or bad (that will cause u to have a negative mindset and eventually do more harm than good) - practice intuitive eating. stop when you're 80% full and take a deep breath thinking if you need more or are you satisfied; you can also control your portions. eat lots of protein and complex carbs as they make you feel full for longer + burns more calories to digest. drink plenty of water. try to eat at the same time everyday, practice intermittent fast if your lifestyle allows it. try to be active throughout the day. and most importantly, be proud of yourself for taking these steps to heal and improve, love yourself for that, have faith and hope you achieve your goals. hope that helped, best of luck!

Day 1 of this workout. Day 2 of the 21 day challenge: Yesterday, I couldn't even understand the exercises, which resulted in crying episodes. Yesterday, I was sure that something must be wrong with me if I couldn't even get in the proper positions. It took me an hour to finish this vid. BUT TODAY!!! You guys, I actually got a hang of the way they're supposed to be done. I admit that some of these, I couldn't hold up to the mark but I realized that there's nothing really wrong with ME, it's just that my body's not strong enough to endure such resistance yet. But I will get there, I promise. Took me 20 minutes to finish it haha. Also, I'm doing these during Ramadan and ADVICE: Dates and water. Trust me. They're energy bombs. I have eaten some 25 dates today and drank two bottles of water. It's worth it. There's no such thing as too many dates. (There is, ofc but for us malnourished babies, there isn't)
Honestly Chloe is just an angel she’s motivated me to exercise very ofter, and her workouts have actually helped me! I remember I used to be insecure with how my butt looked because my sister would always make fun of me and say I had a flat butt but my mom has seen Improvement on it and that makes me very happy!! Just for some ppl who need motivation I’ve been doing her workouts since January and I gotta tell you my butt is more round a bubbly and kinda get bigger and I’m starting to see abs! I also think I gained some muscle mass!
in day 12 of weight loss challenge 2022, I'm amazed how I'm building endurance. being very realistic here, I dont see any physical changes but it does feel like it. In my case, I have a very long path to reach my goal of loosing weight and maybe even gain muscle :). People whoever say they dont see changes, if you want to see a change you put your utmost attention to it and patience. Probably changing your diet or be more active. I'm taking slow so that these exercise can be my routine, not just for a glow up. LOVE YOU CHLOE!!! 💗

okay so I'm currently on ed recovery journey and I want to be curvier sooo bad. I've been doing this exercise since march I guess (I've been doing it with Hailey C.'s 10 min hourglass workout and Chloe's snatched waist 10 min workout) and it is really paying off!! So here are the tips for those who want to get curvier and don't know how to get results sooner! 1. Drink 2-3l every day!!! - Hydration is crucial for weight loss journey too, but if you'll be dehydrated, your body won't be able to function properly. Make sure to stay even more hydrated during the summer! 2. Hit your protein goal!!! - Make sure to eat AT LEAST 100G of protein every day (of course it depends on your weight and age)! I know it can be hard, but trust me, your body needs it to build muscles and if you want to get bigger booty, you may need even more so your body can mainly build the muscles there. 3. Sleep at least 8h every day!!! - Sleep is so important for your wl/wg/maintenance journey no matter what! 4. DO NOT EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! - Excessive movement (mainly when on weight gain journey) won't make the results faster! Your body needs rest days so it could build those muscles! - I workout minimally 2 times, maximally 4 times per week, around 30 minutes per day including warm ups and cool downs (I do fitbymik' s stretches, she has such a relaxing stretch videos!!) 5. DO NOT STARVE!!! - This one is the most important thing here. If you starve, you're slowing down your metabolism and also losing muscles (if you starve for hours because you didn't have food or waiting for it etc. you won't lose anything, this is meant for starving for days or really big deficit like 700 cals per day etc.)! It's always better to eat more than less mainly in ed recovery/wg/bulk, because you're not slowing your metabolism so you'll most likely burn more calories when exercising. 6. 80/20 ALWAYS!!! - Eating clean is not the solution for wg/getting curvier. Missing out on your fav meals/family dinners etc. won't make your waist snatched or your booty bigger. Your brain needs those carbs to function properly every single day and sugars are NOT bad for you unless you're eating high amounts of it. Plain salads never made you skinny and fries never made you fat. IT'S ALL ABOUT A BALANCE AND AMOUNTS!! Reminder: Every body is different and listening to it will make a big difference too! Never compare yourself with anyone as you never know what's going on behind the curtain:)) Live now and do not overthink what's going to happen next, if it's meant to be, it'll work out.

I love this workout, Chloe! I was scared to do resistance bands but after 2 weeks of working out and getting more active, I find that resistance bands aren’t so scary after all. In fact I really enjoyed this workout :)

k y’all i’m a novice powerlifter and i have still have hip dips despite having a relatively good butt, and sometimes i feel like chloe’s videos burn more then when i do my heavy squat sets 😭😭 just keep pushing, it’ll get easier and remember - this is about improving YOU not how you LOOK. physical results can take awhile but your overall health and wellbeing will be constantly improving esp if you stay consistent with it. sending y’all lots of love and good energy. and if you’re reading this comment instead of doing the workout - go back to it!! you’ve got this.

Day 1 of this workout. Day 2 of the 21 day challenge:
Yesterday, I couldn't even understand the exercises, which resulted in crying episodes. Yesterday, I was sure that something must be wrong with me if I couldn't even get in the proper positions. It took me an hour to finish this vid.
BUT TODAY!!! You guys, I actually got a hang of the way they're supposed to be done. I admit that some of these, I couldn't hold up to the mark but I realized that there's nothing really wrong with ME, it's just that my body's not strong enough to endure such resistance yet. But I will get there, I promise. Took me 20 minutes to finish it haha.
Also, I'm doing these during Ramadan and ADVICE: Dates and water. Trust me. They're energy bombs. I have eaten some 25 dates today and drank two bottles of water. It's worth it. There's no such thing as too many dates. (There is, ofc but for us malnourished babies, there isn't)

in day 12 of weight loss challenge 2022, I'm amazed how I'm building endurance.
being very realistic here, I dont see any physical changes but it does feel like it.
In my case, I have a very long path to reach my goal of loosing weight and maybe even gain muscle :).
People whoever say they dont see changes, if you want to see a change you put your utmost attention to it and patience. Probably changing your diet or be more active.
I'm taking slow so that these exercise can be my routine, not just for a glow up.

I used to suffer chronic pain in my hips which used to hinder my walking. These exercises have strengthened that part of me and alleviated pain 🥰🥰
okay so I'm currently on ed recovery journey and I want to be curvier sooo bad. I've been doing this exercise since march I guess (I've been doing it with Hailey C.'s 10 min hourglass workout and Chloe's snatched waist 10 min workout) and it is really paying off!!
So here are the tips for those who want to get curvier and don't know how to get results sooner!
1. Drink 2-3l every day!!!
- Hydration is crucial for weight loss journey too, but if you'll be dehydrated, your body won't be able to function properly. Make sure to stay even more hydrated during the summer!
2. Hit your protein goal!!!
- Make sure to eat AT LEAST 100G of protein every day (of course it depends on your weight and age)! I know it can be hard, but trust me, your body needs it to build muscles and if you want to get bigger booty, you may need even more so your body can mainly build the muscles there.
3. Sleep at least 8h every day!!!
- Sleep is so important for your wl/wg/maintenance journey no matter what!
4. DO NOT EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!
- Excessive movement (mainly when on weight gain journey) won't make the results faster! Your body needs rest days so it could build those muscles!
- I workout minimally 2 times, maximally 4 times per week, around 30 minutes per day including warm ups and cool downs (I do fitbymik' s stretches, she has such a relaxing stretch videos!!)
5. DO NOT STARVE!!!
- This one is the most important thing here. If you starve, you're slowing down your metabolism and also losing muscles (if you starve for hours because you didn't have food or waiting for it etc. you won't lose anything, this is meant for starving for days or really big deficit like 700 cals per day etc.)! It's always better to eat more than less mainly in ed recovery/wg/bulk, because you're not slowing your metabolism so you'll most likely burn more calories when exercising.
6. 80/20 ALWAYS!!!
- Eating clean is not the solution for wg/getting curvier. Missing out on your fav meals/family dinners etc. won't make your waist snatched or your booty bigger. Your brain needs those carbs to function properly every single day and sugars are NOT bad for you unless you're eating high amounts of it. Plain salads never made you skinny and fries never made you fat. IT'S ALL ABOUT A BALANCE AND AMOUNTS!!
Reminder: Every body is different and listening to it will make a big difference too! Never compare yourself with anyone as you never know what's going on behind the curtain:)) Live now and do not overthink what's going to happen next, if it's meant to be, it'll work out.

I love this workout, Chloe! I was scared to do resistance bands but after 2 weeks of working out and getting more active, I find that resistance bands aren’t so scary after all. In fact I really enjoyed this workout :)
Chloe, you are the best! I saw a small result in 2 weeks and others see it too!! And most importantly, I get into my favorite pants and things hang on me!
