CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 🍫🥜

Ingredients:
* 130 g granulated sugar
* 130 g brown sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 90 g butter, melted
* 75 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 70 g oil
* ½ tbsp vanilla extract
* 75 g all-purpose flour
* 35 g unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* ½ tsp salt
* 100 g smooth peanut butter
* 15 Reese's mini peanut butter cups
Topping
* 50 g peanut butter
* 15 Reese's mini peanut butter cups
Direction:
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Melt the butter in microwave and add chocolate chips to the butter. Let it melt together until smooth.
3. In a bowl, with an electric hand mixer, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter and chocolate, oil and vanilla extract into the batter and mix until combined.
5. Add flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt to the batter and on the lowest setting gently mix it together until combined.
6. Pour half the batter into the prepared baking pan.
7. Heat up the peanut butter for 30 seconds in the microwave.
8. Pour the peanut butter over the brownie batter and spread it out.
9. Add 15 mini peanut butter cups, cut in half. Then add the other half of the brownie batter and even it out.
10. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
11. Immediately out of the oven drizzle with extra peanut butter and halved mini peanut butter cups.
12. Allow to cool & enjoy!
