I tried this recipe and it was awesome. The crackling of the cookie is beautiful. I like the way chef Hanbit explains the steps. Very well structured and give a detailed background on the steps. Awesome!
I agree! The recipe was super clear and very informative. I just made these are they are probably the best brownie cookies i’ve made till now! (Trust me, i tried a LOT if recipes for the perfect brownie cookie)
These cookies taste amazing and the recipe is so precise. My 12 year old has made it about 5 times and each time it looks the same as the video. Thank you Chef Hanbit!
Thank you so much for always putting up solids good content! I have tried a good amount of your recipes and they’re perfection! It’s great that you mentioned that baking time needs to be adjusted depending on the size of the cookie. This is a constant struggle for me. It would be great if you could dish out a video that discusses baking time and temperature adjustments based on cookie/cake sizes 💜
These are the best cookies I ever had!😭 I just made a batch to ease my stress for the exams week and share it with my classmates but I don't think any cookie is gonna survive till Sunday 😆 Thank you Mr. Hanbit for sharing such a great recipe 💜 I hope I can apply for a pastry class taught by you when I come to Korean one day. ✨
Thks chef...I bake mine into smaller sizes ..bake them for abt 18 mins to get a thin crunchy brownies cookies...they are super addictive...my kids love them
This is by far the best recipe I tried and turned out awesome on the first try. I ak in love with these cookies. I also tried some modifications in the recipe - reduced the sugar to half as my Couverture was extremely sweet And to make an eggless version I replaced one egg with 1/4 cup Curd in the recipe Both egg and eggless cookies came out to be perfect!
It never occurred to me that having grams for things like eggs meant that it would be so much easier to scale a recipe to only use one egg..... 44 years and I never thought to do that
I just baked these! They came out delicious. I’m in the USA so I baked it at 350 F for 13 minutes. I didn’t have the exact chocolate chips as chef as I had Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips. These are perfect! Not too sweet either. I will definitely bake again
Great detailed video, as always! I tried a few of your recipes, they all worked out from the first try, thanks to your thorough explanations. Will definitely make these cookies also!
Made these, flattened out... but tasted great. I know I made 2 mistakes, not letting the dough cool enough before putting on the tray, and not cooking then to get a really crispy outside. Will try again today, to see if I can get better looking results. Thank you so much for this recipe.
Thank you! I made this cookies today, it was so easy and delicious! My oven it's a little tricky so i made small cookies to try, they're fudgy! I guess bigger ones would be even better. I also made your brownie recipe, it's the best brownie I ever had, my house smells like chocolate 😁💖✨I love it!!! I'm saving this recipe, it was so confortable to make, no worries at all! 🎉. Edit: I ate one right out the oven (hot) and it was almost like a normal cookie. I let them cool completely and there it was! A masterpiece of a cookie!!! So fudgy!!! And my cookies are so small I thought I wasn't going to get the texture right. So it works just have patience😆🥰
Hi chef, I just saw your VDO yesterday after searching for how to make tart. Your explanation is so clear and easy to work. Today my 3 years grandson asked me to make him cookie then I choosed the brownie one . The result is great and he loves it. Next time I will add some mixed fruits or nuts. Thank you for sharing nice recipes, from Thailand.
The recipe in the description box cannot possibly be correct. It is certainly not for a dozen cookies, but if the measurements are for a single cookie, we're talking 4 oz (105 g) of chocolate and 1/4 C (50 g) of flour for a single cookie. There is no way that recipe makes sense. Which makes me suspicious of the hundreds of comments that claim perfect results. Also, looking at Hanbit's responses to the most recent posts, he's clearly using a bot. Or maybe is a bot himself.
If you don’t trust the comment how about try it out yourself. I’m not a bot and just finished making it before making this comment. It’s turned out great. I got 10 out of it as I made them smaller.
The crinkles were nicely formed. We subbies are so lucky to have you giving us short yet specific details on all your videos. Thank you so much Chef Hanbit🙏
