I came back to say I made it again, this time doubling the quantities. I used rolled oats, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, olive oil, sugar free soymilk. Also I added an ingredient that wasn't there... I don't have choc chips so I used lactose free nutella. gosh it's so fudgy. I think I'm going to try it with matcha powder to see how it goes.
Edit: try adding cocoa nibs for that extra of fudge that choc chips offer. So good!

@@HowToCookSmarter thank you for this recipe! I made a lot of mug cakes but none of them were as fudgy as this one. I'm in love with it. I'm sure you'll love it with olive oil! I only have olive oil at home, not sure about the flavour with other oils. I'm from Spain and here it's pretty affordable, I think I'm going to try with coconut oil but maybe gives too much coconut flavour haha
I made this using the same base making a few tweaks... I have a smoothie blender powder I made and it was really good too, wasn't that sweet but taste good. It has camu camu, aronia (could be açai too), cacao nibs and fructooligosaccharides. I'm going to try with matcha powder instead of cocoa, maybe for breakfast. I think I went too creative.

I know this is old comment but Weight loss has almost nothing to do with burning calories. It’s more about Chemistry then being a Furnace. You could definitely eat this more then once a week and be okay. When thinking of weight loss, think of it as your body containing a keyhole and different natural foods as pieces that make up a key. Add the right ones together, go for lots of walks and the weight will fall off with no problem. Sure you can’t eat those natural foods in huge portions sizes but you can eat them in much more quantity them people say. Happy eating!!
