Softest Brownie Cupcakes 🍫🧁

Ingredients
* 113g unsalted butter, room temp
* 170g bittersweet chocolate
* 1 ½ cups sugar
* 3 large eggs
* ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* ½ teaspoon kosher salt
* ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 cup milk-chocolate chips
* 1 cup white-chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
3. In a medium bowl over a pot of simmering water, melt butter and bittersweet chocolate, stirring until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and with electric mixer whisk in sugar.
5. Whisk in eggs, until combined.
6. Add in cocoa and salt and mix.
7. Mix in flour until combined.
8. Stir in all chocolate chips.
9. Fill each cup full with batter.
10. Bake for around 30minutes, until set.
11. Allow to cool & enjoy!
