It always amazes me to hear the small dosages that the old bodybuilders use to take, 15mg 30 years was plenty now compare that to 40mg of today's "standard". It goes to show you how inpatient people have gotten as time went on.

Sb who starts the gym and does everything perfect during 2 to 3 years ( sleep training diet) will slightly improve after that (1kg a year maybe, which is huge when you are natty).

He answered it in the video. I would suggest make more research before using ped's as you clearly missed the answer from the doc. If youre young, you can because its easier to bounce back. It will suppress your natural testosterone production and even then its not the best to use it alone. Best to use it with with a test base. You will hear it over and over again and theres a reason why.

What’s difficult about this question? Its literally the first question ANYONE asks themselves, if they want to try juice for the first time, and find out about Anavar. What is a dose that I can take for a cycle, without completely shutting down my own Testosterone production, and having to take another drug to get my body to start production again?
The difficulty is that everyone reacts differently, people have different levels of testosterone production, people have different body height and weight so what is not difficult about answering it? It all depends on your body and how you can take it so it is not something you can say 100% works for everyone.

Komal, on another video the Doc also discussed it. HCG essentially keeps your balls producing at least some testosterone. The Doc's belief is if they just keep running a little bit while on TRT.... then if you stop TRT the balls will come back quicker (in theory). Hope that helps
HCG will keep the testes going, but the pituitary will still shut down. Hell, it will shut down on hcg alone.

I took pharma grade var @ 7.5 mg/day and it was very satisfying. I didn't gain muscle but helped me lose fat, a little strength gain and give my muscles harder look. If you have access to pharma grade anavar, taking 20mg a day is more than enough.

Back when I did gear in the 80' there was no such thing as PCT. Never heard of it and I got my gear from my physician all legal. Back then we had a wide array of steroid mill doctors we could go to for gear and blood testing. The only thing he gave me was HCG throughout the cycle and that's not exactly PCT. We didn't run the amount of gear back then like they do today. Typical cycle back then on my prescription was 30mg of d-bol with 250mg of test week sometimes Deca instead of test. That's it and I made great gains and no bitch tits.
If you ran hcg the entire time you won't need pct because you were never shut down to begin with

took 2 weeks 20 a day. Then 5 weeks 30 a day. Felt after around 4 to 5 weeks in that i was a bit tired (maybe from low test) , triaining still full on blast though. Afterwards, you just feel training/working out isnt the same. But after 2 weeks i feel like my test was back up and was going strong in the gym again without any peds. I gained about 6 kg during . Held around 3kg
Tren in small dosages 50-100mg week will give crazy keepable gains and strength through the roof. Only 2 weeks cycle. Nothing like this steroid compares….nothing. Don’t over do it with this powerful drug.

If 20mg doesnt make you explode then one of the following things is happening:
- Fake anavar/low dosed
- Poor genetics/training/diet/recovery time
You dont really need 60mg. Taking that much increases the risk of kidney issues, lipid/heart issues, and even liver issues. I know tons of guys who were jacked as hell, even pro bodybuilders who maintained doses of 15-30mg/day usually 4-6 wk cycles.

If winner is stanozolol or also called winstrol, stop using it. Its 20 fold harder to the liver than anavar. Search ncbi.gov to verifiy my answer.

Tell this to the forum gurus who'll bash you religiously. You don't need it. There is no proff that serms bring back endogenous production back. Sure, they boost levels, but if you're dammaged, they won't do jack. HCG is another thing, but that for OTC, as pct is not recommended.

U cannot keep your gains after any cycle and anyone telling u that u can is lying. Can u hold onto some of it while SLOWLY losing it? Of course. But u definitely won’t keep them.
If you keep a good diet and train well top end retain of gains is like 80%
About half. The longer you train, the less you can retain. There is a point where you will no longer keep anything you gain, but you're a freak beast by that point.
For example if you was benching 100 kg before then at the end of your cycle your benching 140 kg, as long as your diet is ok point water etc you will keep half so you would be benching 120 kg, so it’s worth it

I’m doing a cycle of Anavar at 30 MG for the first 4 days, 40 MG the next 5 days and then 50 MG for the next 5 weeks. So it will equal basically a 6 week cycle. It’s for men and women and it’s an oral steroid. I’m also running 375 of Test Cympiate as my TRT weekly at .80 CC (250) twice a week. I was given Test 250 Cympiate every two weeks from my doctor for low Testosterone. So then this motivated me to get back in the gym. I’m 39 years old and will come back to this post in 6 weeks and let you all know my results if someone comments and wants to know.

In my profile picture I’m 180 so if that gives you an idea on what I possibly looked like now. All and all a pretty decent cycle. Right now I’m weighing 215 pounds so I’ve kept most of the muscle but did lose a little. So yeah I did gain about 15 kilograms I think if my math is right. I was at 200 pounds whenever I started so yeah bro you’re spot on.

What’s the most common dosaging and length of cycle? Most sources I’ve seen say don’t run an anavar only cycle any longer than 6 weeks but some say 8 is safe. Never heard anybody recommend any longer than that.

I am on HRT & am given Reandron every 10 weeks & have been on it for the last 12 months.
I'm not really noticing the desired effects for both general well being, libido & it's potential benefits in the gym.
I have discussed this with the physician who is looking after me & he is reluctant to allow me to take the Reandron any less than every 10 weeks as it may create larger health issues.
Can I stack this with a very low dose of Anavar to help boost test levels & help shred quicker & if so what dose would be suggested?

if your on DHT blocker for your hair like Finstride , does it make sense to even do Anvar since it has alot to do with DHT? If your blocking your DHT with finistride will the anvar even work the way its suppose to ? Please advise?
it's a good question, I'm happy to say that in my experience finasteride doesn't affect the potency of anavar and vice versa.
I've taken anavar a number of times. My first two cycles I wasn't taking finasteride (I'd never heard of finasteride back then and I didn't have any signs of hair loss or thinning). Taking anavar during this time had no negative impact on my hairline or hair thickness.
I began finasteride around 3 years ago just to see if it would thicken my hair and stop so much of my hair coming out in the shower clogging up the plug hole. I've stayed on finasteride ever since.
I've had two cycles of anavar since starting finasteride and the anavar has worked just as well as it did in my pre-finasteride cycles. The two don't cancel each other out thankfully.

@@thescanlegend5195 nothing apart from Liv52. My understanding of anavar is that unless you're doing a stupidly high dose then PCT isn't as essential as it would be on proper gear such as test. I only take the dosage recommended by Dr Rand McLain (check him on UA-cam), which is a lower dosage than what most bro-science website will tell you (they recommend anywhere between 60mg to 100mg which Rand warns is way too high)
Is it true oral only cycles are more dangerous because will "shut someone down," more quickly than injections? Because, unlike test-e, drugs like anavar don`t replace the bodies natural testosterone?
me injecting test will still shut you down but you will feel better and it will temporarily replace your natural test. Low test on cycle or low Estrogen you will feel like shit and make no gains. Orals also leave the system really quick so pretty much after you stop you will immediately feel the effects of being off. But anavar makes lean gains no water weight so gains should be pretty easy to maintain
Orals are more dangerous because they damage your liver.
Dose anyone know if this drug courses hair loss ?
It should not
It can in very large doses. But if you get good quality human grade anavar you wont have this problem because you can dose it at 20mg or below and it should produce outstanding results. At these lower doses it carries way fewer risks also with regard to lipids, and liver enzyme counts, etc.
