From what he's said in this video and a few others... he recommends HCG, Enclomiphene or Clomid SIMULTANEOUSLY with the cycle. In theory, you could wait like 1 week after you start the steroid and end it 1 week after. But... what he's attempting is zero chance for suppression (or at least combatting it right away).
Basically... don't wait until suppression symptoms are pronounced! You will always want to avoid that.

as far as i hear what the pro's say there is two schools of ped approach. one is very low dosage of muktiple ped's vs extreme dosages.
arnold used to take 100 mg test per week and 15 mg dianabol everyday thats it. steroid does not produce result based on dosage. its always diet and workout.

Hi, thats one of the vids that motivated me to try a anavar only cycle.
So I did. Before I never did any kind of steroids, but did more or less much sports.
Reason to take steroids or especially anavar is, that I gained over 30kg of fat during the "pandemic" and lost fitness and muscle. Then struggeled 2 yrs to become lean andf fit. Managed to get rid of 20kg. But body composition is awful and there is always issues with the fitness, power and recovery,
I started in may and did a 9 week "cycle" with 20mg. Works great after a few days. Felt fit, strong and I even had to take care not to train too much.
Then after a pause of 2 weeks I started to take again Anavar. Mostly 20mg, sometimes, when not training only 10mg.
Since then, its now Sept. I m uing it. The gains are great, (forr me, I am satisfied) I feel good, training makes fun again.
Question: Is it possible to use Anavar for a lomger cycle or lets say for more than 6 months?
Thx for any suggestions.
sidenotes: I am over 45 yrs, and had no side effects after the first 9 weeks. Even the own test-production went good after 3 days of not using Anavar after the 1st cycle.
I m not keen on using testo, dont want to be bulked or massive, justr lean and fit. Anavar helped here quite a lot.

What's your question? You don't have to take it with anything, but obviously you will likely feel the effects of reduced testosterone around 6 or 7 weeks. Other factor is its obviously less effective to run it alone vs with a test base, but its absolutely ok to run it alone and it definitely will still work. Stay under 25mgs per day and for a max of 8 weeks. No pct unless you totally feel like hell

Wait 8 weeks and then do another cycle. 20mgs for the first 4 weeks, 25mgs for the last 3. Take half in the morning and half at night. You can repeat this cycle and the 8 week off time 3 times a year. Stay clean the remaining weeks

Yesterday start 12,5 enclomiphene and 20mg of Anavar... A week ago I did a blood test and I was at 5.68 ng/mL of total testosterone and 8.9 pg/mL of free testosterone. In 4 weeks time I will do another one to see how I am.
Pd: The difference between enclomiphene and Clomiphene is abysmal. If I take Clomiphene after 3 days I start to have discomfort in my vision and I feel like I'm a robot.... If I take enclomiphene I don't feel anything like that, I won't say that I feel like I'm injecting testosterone, it's just that I don't feel anything, as if I wasn't taking anything, which in itself is very good and for me it's what I want. I will never take Clomiphene again!

Howdy Sir am interesting topic: they SAY that if you blast all the time, the androgens create systemic inflammation. When your c reactive protein is high, the gains stop (plus it's rather unhealthy).

In general, the medical community is not in favour of Sodium Bicarb use routinely in non-critical patients since it does not really correct the underlying cause and whilst does make blood work look better just doesn't have an impact on morbidity or mortality. Does Anavar worsen or improve fatty liver? Anvar it can reduce visceral fat. However, fatty acids that have been liberated from visceral fat would seem to have direct route into the liver via the portal vein. So, could you wind up with less fat around the organs and more in the liver? IDK. What do you know about whether Anavar worsens or improves fatty liver?
Also, is there clinical evidence of Anavar improving tendons?

To be more comprehensive, sure, you can add those, but they would not change your management. Blood glucose is not a great test in those without risk factors and from what little we have, anavar could improve sensitivity but still not going to make a difference to management. HDL will decrease and we expect that but again, it’s not going to change your management nor is the test of great clinical significance.
